Finca La Cabarola in the Serra de Tramuntana, Mallorca, World Heritage by UNESCO

Finca La Cabarola boasts a unique location. It towers high on a cliff like an eagle's nest. From here breath-taking views of the deep blue sea, the famous landscaped terraces of Banyalbufar and the dramatic foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains unfold.

Mediterranean style and ambience dominate in and around the property. Due to the angle of the slope, the entrance level is the top level of the property. The large living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchen flows onto the main terrace. Two bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms and a double bedroom with bathroom are also located on this level. The lower level hosts a separate Pool Suite with fabulous sea view and view to Cala de Banyalbufar. The Pool Suite has a small kitchen and a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The Pool Suite has direct access to the beautiful south facing pool terrace lined by sun beds and umbrellas.

La Cabarola has numerous large south facing terraces and you will always be able to find both sun and shade. The natural breeze from the Mediterranean Sea makes it a pleasure to lounge by the pool, even in midsummer. In the evenings you will look forward to the unforgettable sunset from your terraces.

La Cabarola is located in the Serra de Tramuntana which is a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. La Cabarola is located next to La Volta des General where you will find perfect routes for running or walking in the beautiful scenery.

At the foot of the hill you will find the small pebble beach Cala de Banyalbufar with crystal clear water and three small caves, which make it fun not only for swimming but also for snorkelling. The beach has only few visitors - it is mainly residents of the surrounding villages that come here to cool off.

The picturesque village of Banyalbufar, with local cafés, excellent restaurants and a tiny supermarket is approximately 2 km away. La Cabarola is overlooking the entire village of Banyalbulfar and you can easily see the efforts of years of hard work on the slopes surrounding the houses and farms. Virtually every square metre of hillside has been converted in a flat fertile terraces creating fields for almond trees, orange trees, olives trees and Malvasia vine. It was the large vineyard which the village became well known for and also today the Malvasia vine grows on the most of the terraced fields for the production of the local wine Malvasia de Banyalbufar.

We highly recommend you experience the local wine Malvasia de Banyalbufar while you are enjoying the view over the vine terraces from La Cabarola.

For you convenience La Cabarola has daily pool service, daily terrace service, daily barbecue cleaning and daily garden service. Interior cleaning and change of bedding is Saturdays and Wednesdays. Interior daily cleaning service and daily change of bedding is on request.
