Historic building dating back to the 17th century, finely restored and offering guests all necessary comforts. The property benefits from large and well cared-for outdoor spaces and ensures the privacy and tranquillity of guests. The apartment is very comfortable, located entirely on the ground floor. Templari Residence is nestled in the hills of Vicenza, in a scenic spot and very close to the province of Verona. The location of the property is strategic, just a 2-minute drive from the A4 motorway. From here, guests can enjoy walks, bike rides or outings on horseback along the various trails winding through the hills and the countryside. The location is ideal as a starting point for visiting the neighbouring provinces of Vicenza and Verona, both by car or by train (station is 5 minutes away). It is also very convenient for day trips to Lake Garda or to the Lessini mountains (offering beautiful foliage in the autumn). The building still presents testimonies of the past such as, for example, the beautiful cloister which the apartments face. Outside, guests can enjoy the large park, perfect for relaxing, reading a book or sitting in the shade of the gazebo. A children's play area is also available. De aankomst was prima, men had voorzien in een beschrijving hoe bij afwezigheid toch binnen te komen. Het appartement was netjes. Maar karig gemeubileerd. Het is nogal lastig om een 2 zitbank (die ook niet goed zit en dienst zou kunnen doen als slaapbank) met zijn 4-en te delen als je een moment hebt om uit te rusten. De tweede kamer was klein en voor 2 mensen eigenlijk te klein met 2 bedden erin. Heel erg veel kastruimte in beide kamers maar niet echt zinvol. De badkamer was ruim en netjes. Het complex was te gehorig. De omgeving was aardig, leuk om de wijnvelden te zien, maar echt fantastisch is anders.
