It's hard to find a holiday home that's cosier and more authentic than this one. Expectations are set as soon as you see the exterior and you'll find they'll be met once you step inside. The extensive use of natural stone, the wooden rafters and the oil heater in the living room all add to the atmosphere. The fact that the owner used to use the house only for himself until recently helps too. This is the perfect place to get the typical Ardennes atmosphere. And all of this is accompanied by modern facilities to give you plenty of comfort, such as a renovated bathroom, cable TV and Wi-Fi. On nice days, you can go outside into the surprisingly long and nicely landscaped garden. All the way at the end of it, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the rolling fields with the odd donkey here and there to complete the picture. Bourlon is a quiet village, but not too far away you'll find the beautiful Durbuy, where you can stroll through the little medieval streets and have lunch or dinner in one of the many restaurants. And of course, the beautiful natural surroundings are perfect for walking or cycling.
