Señorio de Roda is a development of 16th century style Spanish houses located within the estate of the Marques of Urbina de la Quinta, a noble family serving the Spanish monarchy for more than 400 years.
The development which is located in a truly Spanish village has a communal swimming pool and the new Roda Golf course just next door is now up and running and open to the public
The spacious accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, family bathroom, shower room, kitchen (including full oven, hob, microwave and washing machine), dining/living area, patio, solarium and communal swimming pool. The back door leads out onto a beautiful Spanish style courtyard with fountains and planting.

The Mar Menor is famous for the variety of watersports and sailing opportunities it offers and there are riding stables in the area giving the opportunity of viewing the countryside on horseback.
The lovely cities of Cartegena and Murcia are within 20 minutes drive, providing shops, bars, restaurants and beautiful architecture.
The house is a 10 minute drive from Murcia Airport and a 50 minute drive from Alicante Airport.

Prices are per property and include cleaning at the end of the stay. There is no restriction on day of arrival.
25% non returnable deposit is required to confirm booking. We request a cheque for £150-00 as a bond in case of damage. This will be held by us & returned to you 7 days after vacating subject to a satisfactory inspection and the return of the keys on your departure.
