Newly refurbished stunning family home provides versatile accommodation over three floors. You are welcomed into the spacious hallway which leads to all principal reception rooms comprising drawing room, dining room, study and open plan kitchen/dining/family room situated at the rear of the house providing an ideal space for modern day family living. This impressive space benefits from under floor heating throughout and bi-fold doors opening out to the gardens making it perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fitted with a range of stylish wall and base units, integrated appliances and halogen hob. Located off the family area is a useful utility and cloakroom as well as access to the single garage. It is worth noting that the principal reception rooms are wired for a Sonos and other audio sound systems should you wish to bring your Sonos system with you.

The first floor, benefiting from an attractive gallery landing, comprises 4 bedrooms (2 with en suites and fitted wardrobes). There is also a family bathroom on this floor.

On the second floor is an impressive space which includes 2 rooms, one with en suite shower room. This a fantastic versatile area and offers fabulous views of the garden and beyond through a large feature window.

Externally the house is approached via a driveway providing parking for several cars. To the rear are landscaped gardens, mainly laid to lawn, and bordered by an array of mature trees and shrubs providing privacy and seclusion. Adjacent to the house is a granite paved area, ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining. The paved area also extends down the side of the property. An attractive water feature and outdoor lighting provides the garden with a relaxing atmosphere.

The house is set within the tranquil location of West End Village (the most desirable end of Esher). Central London is approximately 20 miles away with the A3 and M25 Motorway nearby and the average journey time to Gatwick and Heathrow airports is in the region of 25 to 30 minutes. There are a wide selection of fine golf courses and recreational facilities throughout the district including several health and leisure clubs. Esher high street has a number of very nice bars, restaurants, cinema and many shops. Within a 4 to 5 min walk there is a very popular loca pub. The mainline station at Esher has regular direct train services to London (Waterloo), from 23 minutes. There is free parking around the station allowing easy access to central London.

Check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am. If there is nobody checking in/out on the days you check in or check out, I may be able to accommodate requests of an hour or so but this can only be confirmed a couple of days prior to the date of check in. Early check in/ late check outs will be charged an additional fee. This fee will be on a sliding scale depending on how much extra time is required. Rates advertised are based upon double occupancy. Single occupancy bookings will incur a single occupancy fee. Additional guest charges are for the duration of the booking unless agreed otherwise prior to the booking being made.

Great for a peaceful get away

We had a lovley stay and the location was perfect for us to enjoy local bars/restaurants and sandown racecourse is on your doorstep. There is also great links via the train into London. What's not to like!

be careful -awful owner

I should of thought twice when she(owner) complained for previous guest - one broke lock, another did smth else.

After I moved out (5 days earlier), she blamed me in 'worms' in her outside trash bins and that they were full!!!!! Incredible!!! When I moved in they already were half-full!!!

And didn't returned my deposit!!!

Homeway officers - please take attention and investigate!!! please help me return the deposit.

Owner's Response: I’m very saddened by this review as I feel is is not a fair reflection of the property. It is correct that we did have difficulties following this booking who stayed at our house for a number weeks over the summer period. I ask all guests to wheel the bins out the front of the property once a week so they can be emptied. The council will not collect the bins from the rear of the property where they are stored. In the check in instructions I do detail the fact that if an additional refuse call out is required because a guest has forgotten to take out the bins that a small charge will be taken from the deposit (this is the Council’s charge not mine). The majority of the deposit was in fact returned but it does take a little while for this to be processed (see website for details) and the review was left prior to receiving this. The bins had not been taken out for the entire stay and there was refuse left scattered around the rear of the property. As it was the summer this meant that flys were attracted to the waste and maggots were crawling all over it. It was so bad I had to clear this out myself as I couldn’t move this to the front of the property to leave for the council. This was very unpleasant and completely avoidable. The main problem I believe lay with the fact that the gentleman making the booking left the property about a week prior to the end leaving his daughters in the house on their own and he didn’t see how the property was left. Generally the house was left in a poor state with dirty dishes and general waste spreed around the house and in the kitchen someone had eaten breakfast and had left there dirty plates still in situ without even scraping them.

Extremely easy

Jo made the visit very comfortable and easy. Although we were Annor noisey, she was able to call and communicate with me throughout the night if we got carried away.

My family and I would deffo suggest her for business and we wish her all the best.
