Beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath villa with pool, on La Sella, air con & wifi.
This beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa on the prestigious La Sella Golf resort is a perfect home from home. It sits in a very large private plot so has lots of garden around the villa. We are confident any guest would love this villa. The villa can also be rented out of peak time as a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, the 4th bedroom (with own access) will be locked and not used when rented as a 3 bedroom only.
The villa is stylish and comfortable, well maintained with all modern conveniences. It is light and airy and a truly lovely villa.
On entering the villa there are 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one en suite). Open plan lounge / diner and kitchen on the one level. There are patio doors leading to a covered terrace and the pool area.
The lounge / diner is light spacious and stylishly, but comfortably furnished. There is a flat screen TV, with UK channels and dvd player. The villa benefits from the all important wifi too. The stylish dining table seats 6 and has patio doors leading to a further terrace with the beautiful view beyond.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, full fridge freezer and dishwasher. It is modern and light with plenty of work surface. It is fully equipped with everything you could need for an excellent holiday.
The master bedroom overlooking the rear of the property is spacious with a 6 foot wide (super king size) bed, lots of storage space. There are patio doors leading to a terrace again with fabulous view. The bedroom also benefits from air con. There is an en-suite shower room, which is spacious and modern with double vanity unit and wc.
Next to the master is a further bedroom over looking the front of the villa and again as a 6 foot wide super king size bed, ample storage and air con.
Along the hall is a further twin bedroom again with air con and a view of the rear of the property.
Across the hall is a modern family shower room, with vanity unit and wc.
Leaving the villa by the patio doors from the lounge will take you to the covered terrace and pool area. Here you will find a beautiful 8m x 4m pool with roman steps. The pool can be lit at night so you can admire it while dining al fresco style.
The pool is surrounded by lots of terrace for the all important sun loungers (provided). The villa is in an elevated position so the views from the terrace of the Montgo national park are beautiful and then the Mediterranean sea beyond.
Around the pool area you will find several seating areas to enjoy. For those wishing to read in the shade there is a table and chairs under the covered terrace. There is al fresco dining for 6 people beside the beautiful purpose build Spanish kitchen and BBQ. This really is a lovely area to dine.
There is an private outside shower, storage and a concrete table and benches for dining too, so lots of areas to enjoy this wonderful terrace and view.
Taking steps from the pool area this leads to a further suite. Here you will find a large stylish bedroom complete with lots of storage, air conditioning, patio doors leading to the small terrace. There is a spacious and modern en suite with bathroom c/w bath, shower cubicle, sink and wc.
Between the bathroom and spacious bedroom there is a small kitchen area with table & chairs with sink, fridge and microwave. A perfect kitchen for preparing breakfast as it has a kettle, toaster etc.
This suite is the perfect space for grand parents / auntie & uncle who enjoy a holiday with the family and children but also enjoy a little of their own space too, in which to unwind and relax.

About MICHELLE ETHERIDGE
My name is Michelle Etheridge I am the property manager of this beautiful villa along with other villas in this area. I will respond to your email as quickly as I possibly can, often within an hour. My husband Steve, myself, Pete (the pool cleaner) and a small team of ladies work hard to ensure that the villa is perfect for your arrival. We are a professional team who understand the importance of your holiday experience. Having saved hard and looked forward to your holiday all year, you want to arrive to a spotlessly clean villa, which is what you get from us. All the linen is laundered professionally, so its crisp and fresh. The villas are all very well equipped. If theres a problem we are only a phone call away or an email as all of our villas have wifi. We will do our best to sort any problem as quickly as possible, it doesn't happen often but if it does you know we are there. There is a taylor made book in each villa with instructions on the villa and the area. Having rented and managed villas in the area for the past 13 years, we know the little things that create a problem immediately, like hows the TV work, wifi code, its all there to see quickly so you can get your holiday started as soon as you have unpacked your case. My Husband and I were both born in Doncaster, Steve is 57 and Michelle 50. We bought our first villa in the year 2000 as a retirement investment. The villa rented very well and in less than a year we bought 2 more villas to rent. In late 2003 we sold our house in the UK, which we had designed and built ourselves. We gave up 2 professional jobs and moved to Spain to live and have never looked back. We rent our own villas and also rent and manage other villas in the area. We have a small team of cleaners and tradesmen so there is always someone on hand in case of any problems. Our standards are very high and this is reflected in our properties. We work hard to ensure that our properties are furnished and cleaned to a high standard.

The family have now grown and the owners have retired and dont use the villa as much as they would like to, hence they have decided to rent it. This beautiful villa is situated on the prestigious La Sella gold resort. The villa is light and well designed on a large garden plot, with great views of the surrounding country side. The villa can be rented as a 3 bedroom villa out of peak time at a educed rate.

GENERALITAT VALENCIANA TOURIST LICENCE NUMBER VT-451381-A Coast/Beach: The cosmopolitan town of Denia is just 15 minutes away by car with its long sandy beaches and fabulous new marina where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine and a meal while admiring the beautiful yacts bobbing around on the Med... perfect. The beautiful coastal resort of Javea is just 15 minutes away by car. It has a beautiful sandy beach with restaurants close by and there are many small coves dotted up the coast line to discover. Travel: The villa is ideally situated between both Alicante and Valencia airports. Just one hour's drive north from Alicante airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes drive south from Valencia airport. Along the AP-7 (E-15) auto piste it couldn't be easier, detailed directions are provided and the keys are in a key safe at the villa. This ensures a stress free arrival if flights are delayed, a real hit with Guests as they have no worries if flights are late. Distances: The traditional Spanish village of Pedreguer is just a couple of minutes away by car. Javea is just 15 minutes by car and Denia is 10 minutes away by car. Moraira is 20 minutes away and the resorts of Clape and Altea are only 30 minutes away by car. Benidorm and its theme parks Terramitica and Aqua parks are just 40 minutes drive away. Alicante is 1 hour away and the city of Valencia is just 1 hour and 10 minutes away, so plenty to see in this beautiful area of the Costa Blanca. Further Details: There are numerous restaurants in the area to choose from when dining out, either locally or in the mountains of the Jalon Valley or in the local towns of Javea or Denia. There are all styles of restaurants English, typically Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian a full range of restaurants, covering all pallets and price ranges, from a three course meal with wine from as little as 8.50 euros to a tasty a la carte meal in beautiful settings, the choice is yours. On La Sella there is an excellent restaurant Giramondos, although I would recommend booking at peak time.There are banks in Pedreguer / La Xara and local shops and a market on a Saturday in the local town. A large market is held on a Sunday morning with hundreds of stalls from all over. Both Javea and Denia have many wonderful, small shops with designer labels and beautiful leather shoes can be purchased at great prices. The local Masymas supermarket is just a couple of minutes away by car where you can purchase all you will need for your holiday including freshly baked bread and a fantastic fish counter and winery (many English brands can also be purchased here too),there is a local English butcher and supermarkets too, so if you speak no Spanish, there is no problem. There is a mini market on La Sella itself where you can buy fresh bread and croissants in the morning. There are large Mercadona supermarkets on the way to Javea and Denia, so plenty of choice. We, the English PM's Michelle and Steve, live close by and visit you soon after you arrive to ensure that the villa is all you expected it to be. We are on hand in case of any problems you may have and we can advice you on where to go and what to see and which restaurants to visit. We feel that a villa holiday should be as relaxing, private and as stress free as possible, but it is nice to know that if there are any problems we are only a phone call away and can help. We ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard and that the cleanliness is perfect every time.
