About the property

Design loft of 140 m2. Two rooms and three beds in communal areas

It is a seventeenth century house that is completely renovated and all its facilities are completely new.

Guests can use 100% of the apartment.

The house has 2 large terraces, one covered and another fully open on the top with barbecue, chill out area and jacuzzi (only available in summer). It has air conditioning and heating. You also have at your disposal irons, tenderers, 49 "Smart TV, Wi-Fi and covered parking.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, vitro ceramic cooker, washing machine and complete kitchenware.

The loft has two large bathrooms equipped with towels, hairdryer and hand soap. Two double rooms equipped with all bedding, two tic-tac sofa beds and a single bed. If required, we have two high chairs and two cots.

Great location, quiet, spacious and brilliantly equipped

The choice of this apartment was largely responsible for making our few days away such a success. Spacious, excellent bathrooms, impeccably clean, well located and with generous enclosed garage for parking. Outdoor space in the form of a covered terrace was an added bonus, great for breakfast and evening meals. A no smoking policy was a major reason we selected this apartment and there was no smell of smokers having been present.

Only criticism concerned lack of information supplied by Josep in time for our arrival. Request emailed on the Thursday for either a name, apartment address or contact telephone number had not arrived by our 10 am departure time on the Sunday. So we set off armed with only the excellent directions Josep had earlier sent as to how to how to arrive at the parking garage. Arriving at the garage mid afternoon in the rain and trying to find Josep, the apartment being in another street, was extremely stressful despite the very friendly help we had from strangers in the street. Fifteen minutes after waiting lost on the street Josep arrived, such a relief as there was no building above the garage and we were becoming very anxious.
