Beautiful 4 bedroom family house set in a tranquil area of the Sitges Hills

The villa offers spacious, open and bright rooms with spectacular views from inside and out. It has a spacious, fully enclosed garden, several terraces, large private pool and outdoor shower.

The covered terraces provide ample space for outside dining plus areas for sunbeds and an outside BBQ all on one level..

The ground floor offers an impressive large and stylish living/dining area, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, accces to a large terrace with BBQ, In addition there is a bathroom and private room that offers a tranquil space away from the rest of the house. This downstairs room can also be used for additional sleeping space.

On the first floor there are four double bedrooms and a refurbished family bathroom. The master bedroom has a spacious dressing area and refurbished en suite bathroom plus a private terrace. A terrace is also accessable from another bedroom allowing seperate areas if needed.

The villa is ideal for a family with children, 4 couples or two families.

Off road parking is available through electronic gates with easy level access to the house.

A public swimming pool, restaurant , playing field, tennis courts with free access are within walking distance. Access to a main road to Sitges at just 800 mtrs from the house. A perfect location and a perfect house for a great family holiday!

Located in the Sitges Hills gives excellent access to the Garraff National Park with its many vineyards and nature trails.

Situated 5km between the AP7 and C32 gives easy access to Barcelona and tourist attractions further afield.

About The Owner

My wife and I bought the house in 2005 when I was working in Barcelona. After 5 years we moved back to the UK for work reason but continued to visit the house on a regular basis for family holidays.

We are now retired and are happy to share what once our home with discerning guests.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2005

Why The Owner chose Province of Barcelona

The house is about 5 mins away from the C32 that I used when commuting to Barcelona and it is about 10 mins from the beeches of Sitges. We chose the house as it provided great family accommodation, including a swimming pool and gardens. Unlike a lot of houses in Mas Mestre ours is very close to the exit to the C15b making it quick to access the surrounding areas,

What makes this villa unique

As well as 4 double bedrooms the house has a room downstairs with a sofa bed that can be used to provide additional sleeping accommodation or for those guest that find climbing stairs difficult.

The terraces are great and on the ground floor are all on one level that enables guests to take advantage of the sun or seek a shaded area as needed. The outside lighting means it is a fantastic place to be as the sun goes down and for cooling off after a day in the sun.

There are two terraces upstairs, one off the master suite and the other is accessed via bedroom three. These provide great areas to spend time alone if needed.

This year, 2018, the two bathrooms upstairs have been renovated and modernised and we generally invest money each year to maintain and enhance the property so both our guests and ourselves can continue to enjoy the house.
