Really lovely appartement for nice stayand good po
We were here for 6 nights during our trip through Cyprus with kids and we can recomment Harry´s appartment. Nice, clean, everything what you need for your stay and relax ...
Perfect location and lovely complex
The location and property was perfect for our short stay break. The beds and bedding could have been better but overall it was perfect and we would have no hesitation in recommending and returning again.
Lovely well equipped
Fantastic apartment with well quipped facilities. There is a car space under the shade for you to park in which is good when it is hot. The balcony is a fabulous size and good for eating and drinking on. It is walkable into Kiti only a few minutes , which is a lovely town with good bars restaurants etc at your disposal.
Because we had such a good time last year (staying in apartment 104, also see our review there) we decided to return to Cypress Gardens. This time we stayed for 15 days and got apartment 103. Again the owner Ari exceeded our expectations by providing us even more detailed information about Cyprus and things we can do during our stay than we got last year. Apartment 103 is a bit bigger than 104 and was clean on arrival. This year there were also more families in Cypress Gardens so our kids had a great time playing with other kids. The pool was very nice and during the two weeks it was being cleaned a few times. We had dinner very often at restaurant ´Te Quiero´ a few minutes from Cypress Gardens where you can eat very very well. We highly recommend this place!! We will return again for sure but not only for the nice apartment, good food or good prices but especially for the hospitality and warmth we received from the people (like owner Ari and Dimitrios and Mimi at ´Te Quiero´) in Kiti, Cyprus!
Thank you for your kind words. I am glad that you had the opportunity to experience both apartments & I happy to see that you enjoyed your stay once again at Cypress Gardens. You are welcome back anytime.
HIDDEN GEM ONE NOT TO BE MISSED
On arrival we were meeted by Ari himself who just happened to be staying there the same time as us. We were taken to the apartment which was spotlessly clean and a delight to reach, only 10 mins away from the airport which was nice too.The apartment had everything you could ask for, and sitting and lying on the balcony over-looking the pool from 6am in glorious sunshine was heaven.Everything that Ari had said in his description was spot on, the local bar was great and only 5 min walk, Demetrous (dont think thats spelt right but close lol) the owner greeted us everyday and looked after us like we were family, his cooking was great, just one critisism Demetrous, too much food, meant to lose weight not gain it ;-).Larnaca town was gorgeous, a ten to fifteen minute bus ride for 1 euro. If you love shops like my friend Chris you might have to buy another suitcase to fill it as there are lots of bargains to be had, that day we had to return by taxi but that was only 10 euros, and George the local taximan is a pleasure to have and will always accommodate you.We walked to Pervolia approx 25 mins and went camel riding at the camel park 15 mins away by car, which was a great day out as it also had a beach 5 mins away.A car is handy but not necessary, we walked or use the buses which are air conditioned, seeing the true life of cypriots ways.Oh yes, forgot to say 10 mins from apartment is the massive Bakery (yum yum) full of pastries and delicious cakes, just make sure you dont pick the trifle thinking it is yoghurt as we did for breakfast teehee. Also the local Pizza place is a must but be careful what size you order as medium means extra large ;-)All in all it was a great holiday, many thanks Ari, you are a true gentleman and we will definately return. This apartment is one not too be missed, going to take my son next time, hed love the pool, camels, people and ps2 would go down a treat.Whether you are a family, couple or just friends this apartment is so comfortable, clean, easy accessable, so suited for all .Once again Ari, many many thanks fo making our holiday even greater then it already was Su and Chris..

Kiti lies just a 10 minute drive away from Larnaca Town and the Airport and a 5 minute drive away from the local blue flag sandy beaches near Pervolia and is a perfect all year around location that offers visitors a taste of the real Cyprus. A relaxing sun drenched break is guaranteed and visitors can spend their days by the pool or beach and their evenings sampling the local Cypriot culture or use Kiti as a base for exploration and adventure seeking. There are a full range of local amenities and these include a 24 hour convenience store, chemist, internet cafe, children's park, supermarkets, banks, bakeries, petrol station, doctors’ surgery, coffee shops, cafes, restaurants with take-away facilities, scooter and quad-bike hire and some excellent local bars and traditional tavernas. Nearby places of interest include the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Angeloktisti Church with its rare 6th century Byzantine mosaics and its annual August street festival and the pedestrian zone in Pervolia
Other Activities: Camel Park, Horse Riding, Watersports & Go-Karting
Golf: The Vikla golf and country near Limassol is just a 15 minute drive away and offers casual visitors day passes which includes club hire, balls and tees as does the world famous golf courses of Paphos which are just a 40 minute drive away. A day golfing in either Limassol or Paphos can easily be combined with sight seeing and both towns offer a whole host of archaeological attractions. Limassol is the largest coastal resort on the island and has a number of golden sandy beaches and plays host to the largest annual wine festival during September. The Limassol castle can also be visited as well as the Curium Amphitheatre which lies just off of the road towards Paphos. Limassol also offers a wide variety of watersports and is also well known for its snorkelling, fishing and wreck diving sites as well as its vibrant nightlife. Paphos is said to be the birth place of the goddess of love, Aphrodite and was the Roman capital of Cyprus, so boasts the most impressive Roman remains as well as the House of Dionysos, ancient harbour castle and the Tombs of the Kings. Paphos also offers some impressive coastal views and is very picturesque. The capital city Nicosia is only a 20 minute drive away and you can cross the famous “green line” into the Turkish occupied northern part of the city for the day. Nicosia also offers visitors a chance for visitors to peer into the buffer zone which separates the island.
Ski: During the winter, the snows of Mount Olympus make for excellent snowboarding and skiing and there are a total of 4 slopes available. There are 2 beginners slopes, 1 intermediate and 1 advanced slope and casual day passes are generally available along with equipment hire and ski and snowboarding lessons. A trip to the Troodos Mountains also provides keen walkers with many nature trails and designated picnic sites that offer stunning panoramic views of the whole island. Jeep safaris are great way to travel through the mountains and snake their way up winding mountain roads that take you through many villages. The villages of Cyprus each offer their own unique specialties and traits to visitors and one such village is Lefkara, famous for its local lace and filigree silverware. Stavrovouni is another with its dramatically perched monastery on the peak of a mountain. The Caledonian Falls as well as the monastery of Kykkos can be found at the summit and is also worth a visit.
