- Wolford Lodge is essentially our 'home from home'. We ask all guests to treat the house with respect for their and future guests continued enjoyment - Guests shall be liable for the replacement cost of any items damaged. This includes all upholstery, carpets, towels and linen. We therefore advise that you do not take food and drink upstairs. - Events and parties are only allowed with the involvement of and written approval of the owners. Guests wishing to host parties and events should make their intentions clear at the enquiry stage. Requests after the enquiry stage may be declined. - No Stag or Hen parties - Although a cleaning fee is charged, guests must leave the property in a tidy state. - Smoking is not permitted inside the house. - Dog allowed with prior notification, no dogs upstairs or on furniture. - Any issues with the property should be reported to the owner within 24 hours of check-in. - Children should be supervised at all times especially around the water feature and the terraced garden. - You have a duty of care towards your own safety.
