Downtown Riverfront 1 Br Condo-Sleeps 4-Walk To Downtown. & Stadiums
About Ryan Charlick
Howdy! We fell in love with Nashville/Leipers Fork the first time we visited. It reminded us of time when life was simpler with its rolling green hills, horse farms and small town charm. A little piece of unexpected heaven. It wasn't long before we packed up our house & our horse and moved on to the greener pastures of Tennessee. Stop by our shop, Island Cowgirl at Marathon Village (or out in Leipers Fork) and say howdy!

A home in Nashville
Staying here was such a great experience. Easy communication, the place was just as it looked and SO close to downtown. We walked just about everywhere! First timers in Nashville and staying in someone else’s space and I’m sold! Definitely will come back to stay my next visit in Nashville!
Great proximity to downtown attractions. Walking distance in fact.
Easy, clean, and close to everything.
Excellent Accommodations and close to Broadway
This was a great place to stay. Very clean and close to all the action. The decor is lovely and the king bed was sooo comfy. Would definitely stay there again! Ryan was very responsive to any questions we had.
