Very impressive! Mrs Sloane
Just as we expected. Would stay again, lovely position. It lives up to the photos except veranda furniture has changed and could do with cushions for the chairs and sunbeds. Not as comfortable for such a beautiful veranda. Everything else very comfortable. Be nice if they update bathrooms, nevertheless well equipped with everything you need. Would not hesitate to come back. Views spectacular.
Location, location, location!
Unbeatable and spectacular views from the very large - south facing - balcony! Sun on the balcony pretty much all day and plenty of room for sunbathing, dining and generally moving around. First class access to all the restaurants, shops and bars of Playa Blanca. The apartment is spacious, very clean, well equipped and - unlike other reviewers (?) - great communication from Juana Maria. I would certainly stay here again.
Disapointed in first week due to no canopy and loss of use en suite shower &cold water toMain Bath
We had Contact problems from day 1 making contact with Juana and getting answers to our questions due to lack of Translation. We were not told about the lack of use of canopy on the terrace and the replacement wind up umberella was unsafe to use.The repaires required during our stay took3/4 days and we wasted these days of our holiday waiting for Juana /Plumber to arrive at Apt to carry out the work required.I dont think we got value for price we paid. The Apt is in a wonderfull position and the view came upto our hopes.TheApt itself was as described clean and roomy.but not as shown on your website page.
Great potential, but...
Just returned from a week at Las Adelfas with my husband, grown up children and their partners.
We have been visiting Playa Blanca 2 or 3 times a year for the last 37 years...needless to say, we love it. We have stayed in most of the apartments on the front and many villas too.
Las Adelfas has all the makings of being one of the best apartments.
Sad to say, but after the immediate reaction of fantastic spot, great terrace, amazing views, it was downhill from there on.
The basic bones are great but it desperately needs updating.
As soon as any tap is turned on there is a horrendous screeching throughout the apartment, early morning showers immediately became a definite no-no!
The early risers soon learned that if they didn't fill the kettle the night before they would have to learn to wait for their cuppa...
Showers were a case of ooo/ahhh... one minute boiling the next freezing...
The apartment really needs air con...it was like an oven (in October) - I asked Juana for fans and she pointed me to one small desk fan in the closet... had it worked it may have given a little respite to one person but sadly it didn't... I told her but was not offered any further help.
On the second day at the apartment I tried to unwind the canopy on the terrace as it was very sunny. The winder was so stiff that I had to get my husband to do it which he managed but with difficulty as the winder was so rusty.
The following day it was very windy and the canopy looked rather precarious so my husband tried to wind it back in but as soon as he started winding the whole mechanism snapped.
I immediately contacted Juana and she said that she would arrange for someone to come out.
The following day (no one had been yet) there was a bad storm with very heavy rain. We were in the lounge and there was a loud noise from the balcony. The weight of the rain on the canopy snapped the arm. I immediately informed Juana and two men came later that day, dismantled it and measured up for a new one.
I was very surprised when I got home to receive an email from Juana to say that she was deducting some money from my deposit to pay towards the replacement of the canopy!
We were in no way responsible for what happened! I kept her informed at all times and we acted responsibly.
It is a shame to have to do a report like this, but as my husband says, it's a good job the boiler didn't pack up too or we would no doubt be expected to contribute to that.
Just needs some tender love & care
Stunning views day and night!
This is a spacious, comfortable apartment in a great location.
Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you could need and a bonus to have a dishwasher....
We would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Playa Blanca.
Muchas gracias por sus comentarios y espero verlo de nuevo por mi apartamento. Un saludo Juana Maria
Nice appartment - marvelous view
We stayed 12 fantastic days in Las Adelfas. Nice appartment with probably the best balcony and fantastic view. Very relaxing to listen to the sea from the bedroom with open door to the balcony.
Playa Blanca is one of the two most important tourist centers of the island of Lanzarote and higher quality, located within walking distance of the island of Fuetenventura, with which it is connected by ferries that transport people and vehicles, from first morning to evening with a frequency of 1 or 2 two hours as bands of varying demand. even closer is the small island of Lobos is possible to move by sailboats and other vessels for hire.
Playa Blanca very close to the famous beaches and coves of "Papagayo" white sand and crystalline waters, some of which are frequented by nudists are located. Likewise. a few kilometers from Playa Blanca Protected Landscape of La Geria, which is a natural space created by man through a unique and very distinctive system of vine cultivation, which allows the production of high quality wine, stands particularly white . In the area there are numerous wineries all open to the public, who can visit them.
Noteworthy is also the Timanfaya National Park, also known as Las Montanas del Fuego, located less than twenty minutes drive from Playa Blanca, VULCANOLOGICO space of the first order, in which the contemplated, together with various curiosities, stunning scenery product of the last volcanic eruptions that occurred on the island of Lanzarote nearly three hundred years ago.
