About the property

You’ll love our family owned luxury holiday home because of the stunning views and its location. It is very close to the beach, city centre and restaurants and public transport.

There is a large open plan living area with a dining area and a kitchen area. Spiral staircase leading to the first floor where there is a bedroom and one bathroom. This apartment is very spacious and spans over 2 floors.

The living room is at the front of the apartment and boasts large bi-fold doors. The views are absolutely breath taking and with wall to wall glass, you are able to take in all the changing states of the sea from within your living room. The bi-fold doors open on to a large balcony from here you can enjoy absolutely stunning panoramic sea and estuary views and watch the sun set. The living room is well furnished and comes with a flat screen television with a free BT TV Sport.

The living room opens onto a kitchen which is well equipped built-in with electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer & dishwasher plus all the cookery and cutlery that you may need on your holidays There is also a breakfast bar in the kitchen from where you can take in the sea view over breakfast. The dining area is nicely presented and sit up to six.

Both bedrooms are to the rear of the property with large windows affording glorious views, again panoramic and stretching across the estuary towards Exeter. and immediately to the rear, overlooking the beautiful church and surrounding gardens and grounds.

Both bedrooms are large, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. All mattresses are luxurious and new.

There is a shower room on the lower floor of the apartment and a separate utility room downstairs with washing machine and a basin for your use.

The apartment is centrally heated, fully controllable by the visitor. Linen & towels are also provided. Gas, heating, electric and Wi-Fi internet included As the apartment is very close to all the amenities you do not need a car but if you have one, the apartment comes with a spacious car parking space at the rear, large enough to even park a van.

Why Francesca chose Exmouth

We have been holidaying in the Devon area for years, we both love the sea and we were lucky to have found this apartment in Exmouth.We chose the property because it was in a great location and with sea views to die for.

What makes this apartment unique

When we saw the apartment for the first time we were stunned by how beautiful the views were. From the front you are looking onto the estuary, Lyme bay and out to sea. From the back you looking onto River Exe views. because of the floor to ceiling glass wall, you do get the feeling that the you are right next to the sea.

The location was also perfect. If you go through the back door you are in town in 2 mins, if you go through the front door you are at the beach in 2 mins. Exmouth as a town is quite unique, there is always something going on - from weekend international markets at the square to organised scientific activities (Exmouth being the start of the Jurassic coast). The town's summer program is usually packed with activities usually festivals or carnivals in the beautiful manor gardens or the town square. Other positives for the town are :good transport links - being only 10 miles form Exeter, this mean that you don't always have to drive; good walks; the sandy beach; the developed marina and enough restaurants and bars to cater for your needs.

Wonderful break

We had a wonderful week-long break staying here. We are parents with grown-up daughter and boyfriend. Really pleased with the location of the apartment, close to sea, river, promenade and town.

Plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

The views from the balcony are superb watching the coming and goings of the sea/estuary. Views from the bedrooms over the church and town also good.

Lovely clean apartment, well equipped.

Access on arrival was east too.

Lots of lovely walks in the area.

We will definitely recommend to anyone if they are able to climb the stairs up to the second floor and subsequent upstairs bedroom.
