Great house. Located close to most places we visited. House has a lot of kids stuff great of traveling with toddlers. Owners were very good to work with and very helpful. Will definitely consider again if we go to Austin.
Great location and amazing hosts!
The place was very put together, clean, and accommodating. The owners were very communicative and we felt very welcomed. There were many things at the house that made our time more relaxing and fun: record players, books, grill, tv apps open and ready to use, and many kitchen/household items available for our use. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone.
Great little retreat for a family vacation
We stayed here as a family of four (two adults, a tween, and an elementary school age kid). We really liked the midcentury style and decor, and the place was really clean. The appliances were nice and new, and the fresh half and half and little treats were a great touch. The house was very comfortable for a family of four, one bathroom notwithstanding. The neighborhood seems a little questionable at first, but one of us went running with no problems, and the other went for a walk with no problems. It's close to groceries, food, and a CVS, and just a short drive into Austin, and not far at all from a state park for hiking and picnicking.
Rare find indeed!!!
We had a great trip, property was well maintained. Great communication with owners, smooth check-in/out process. Very comfy beds, lots of closet space. Exactly as listed, great location. Friends who regularly use VRBO were very impressed. Will definitely book again next time I’m in Austin.
Cute little Austin home
We really enjoyed our stay at this cute place! Gary was great at communication before, during and after our stay. He didn't reach out too much but definitely responded quickly to questions :) Everything was cute and clean as can be! I would definitely stay here again.
Great stay with toddler
We had a wonderful experience staying at this property with our 2 year old son and in-laws. The house has a nice open layout, is very well stocked with dishes, towels, coffee and other supplies, and very safe and fun for a toddler. Location is perfect if you have access to a car and it was easy and fast to get around the city. Lastly, the hosts' communication was excellent - responses were very quick and they were helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
Thanks, Kai - we’re glad that you and your family enjoyed all that our home has to offer! We hope to be able to host you again the next time your travel plans include Austin.
