Our condo is located in area known as Kimball Junction. Kimball Junction is right off I-80. It is 15 minutes from Old Town Park City. This is NOT a ski in ski out facility. The VRBO map does not correctly show the location of the condo. Please use MapQuest, Google Maps or another internet locator service.
Crestview was built in 2002 just prior to the winter Olympics. Olympic park can be viewed from the back side of the condominium. Summer is a great time to see Olympic hopefuls practicing their aerial skills. Try the bobsled and ziplines (which operate summer and winter) if you are adventurous!
We have made extensive improvements in our home away from home. NEW: WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS AND PRINTER AVAILABLE FOR OUR GUESTS! A reverse osmosis water filtration system has recently been installed for all self aclaimed water snobs :) We recently replaced all the mattresses in both bedrooms. We also replaced the furniture in the 2nd Bedroom. We had a custom bed built that has a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top. The bed is equipped with storage drawers underneath. We also had build a matching table for the Flat Screen TV with drawers for storage. A warm ambiance is radiated throughout each room in the house. The master bedroom has a beautiful sleigh bed, matching dresser, and night stands. You will fall in love with the kitchen when you view the vineyard mural painted by local artist Bill Hinsler. We have made every attempt to provide you with the comforts of home. The kitchen is supplied with excellent cutlery, cookware, a coffee grinder, coffee maker, French press, and quality appliances. Enjoy the mountain view from our large outside balcony. NO SMOKING UNIT.
Each unit has an assigned space in the underground heated enclosed garage. Our building is next to the clubhouse which has a heated pool, spa, workout facilities, and entertainment room. It is also located directly behind an outlet mall. Nike, Levis, Eddie Bauer, Mikasa, Gap, and Banana Republic are a few stores represented in the mall. Also nearby, you will find a Walmart, Whole Foods, Smiths Groceries, various restaurants, movie theatres, and art galleries.
Our condo is located just off I-80 in Kimball Junction. It is 7 miles from downtown Park City. The Canyon, Park City Resort and Deer Valley are only a few minutes away. Snowbird, Alta, and Brighton are about an hour away.

My wife and I are from Florida but love to ski and hike. We discovered Park City in 2002 and feel in love with it. We have been coming out ever since.

We considered properties in Colorado but settled on Park City. The price difference on comparable properties was about $100,000. The biggest advantage to Park City was the airport. It is only a 35 minute drive from Salt Lake City Airport to the condo. You can fly in and be skiing the same day.
Park City is wonderful in the Winter and the Summer. It is an active community so there is something always gong on. The Sundance Film Festival is in January and the Food and Wine Festival is in July. There are many more events and concerts in between.

Stayed 10 days in late February-early March 2016. All was as listed, owners very helpful and cooperative. Tastefully furnished with excellent cookware and amenities, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.
Let me start by saying that the owner was super great to work with. This entire experience was painless. :). We received the keys ahead of time with directions to the place. Everything went along seamlessly. Thank you. When we arrived, the 5 of us were very impressed with the lovely 2 bedroom condo. The location was great, the fireplace was perfect and the private garage turned out to be a huge plus. There are instructions about keeping the lint trap clean. Both my husband and I, who are college grads, were hard pressed to find the little sucker in the dryer. I was googling it at the same time my husband was able to locate it. I could see why people may not empty it regularly. The condo was well appointed and would've suited our needs perfectly except that the description stated that the place slept 6. Hmm. 6? There is a queen in the master bedroom (sleeps 2) and a full and twin in 2nd bedroom. Twin sleeps one, while full size could sleep two small children, so that would be a total of five. We have a 22, 19 (6'2") & 15 year old. One of my kids had to sleep on the leather couch, which turned out ok, but would've been better had it been a pull-out bed. There was a mat in the closet, but I can't imagine how that would have been included in the sleeps 6 count. All and all, I would highly recommend but gave it a 4 star review due to the lack of beds for 6 as stated in the description.
This was our first time skiing in Utah. The location of the condo was perfect to explore all nearby ski resorts including Snowbird and Alta etc. Park City is a quaint little town with great restaurants and shopping. The condo is well maintained and super clean and very . Dan was the most responsible owner I have ever worked with. Highly recommended. We will be back!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this condo. What a great location close to amazing restaurants, shops and skiing! We normally stay closer to Deer Valley but really enjoyed being in Kimble Junction this time. Dan was extremely helpful and responsive during the rental process. Condo is well maintained, clean, affordable, quiet and comfortable. Community club house could use minor updating but we only used it one time so it wasn't a big issue. We hope to visit again.
The condo was great and Dan was easy to work/rent with. We had guys ski trip that started at 6, but ended up at 3 guys. The bed layout worked perfect.
The location is nice, right beside Tanger Outlet mall, you can walk to it. Across interstate from another retail/restaurant area with a Smith's Grocery store. Walmart less than 1/2 mile. You can see the Olympic ski jump from TV room window. Parking in heated garage was bonus. Never saw or made it to the pool.
We skied Snowbird, Powder Mtn, Alta and The Canyons-successful trip. When we go back to Park City area, I will definitely call Dan back for another guys trip or family trip.
