As my family grew in numbers, my father built this Bayfront home. My parents, two sisters, brother and I created so many wonderful memories here and would love for you to have the opportunity to have your own experiences and adventures in this incredible neighborhood. Robbie & I love St. Andrews. We live here and have operated our local coffee house for the past 17 years in St. Andrews, while working with the neighborhood residents, businesses and community leaders to revitalize this wonderful sleepy village. Having recently sold our business, we re-directed our lives to the path to restore my childhood home in an effort to carry on my parents' legacy of a warm, peaceful and inviting place to live, even if only for a short visit.

This is my family home built by my father in 1958. My parents raised my younger brother and two sisters and me in this warm and inviting home. It is directly on the bay in a tree canopied Historic neighborhood. Not only did these surroundings influence our childhoods, but it has influenced the childhoods of several generations as it was the site of many family and friends gatherings over the years. It was one of my mother's greatest joys to see people appreciate the surroundings here and have a great time while doing it. We know she is smiling down at the chance to spread the fun and enjoyment and adventure this homestead has to offer.

Stunning views day & night of the your private beach, the bay, St. Andrews Marina and Panama City Port from the 16' x 32' deck, the brick patio, the bay room and every bedroom. All tucked in under the shade of beautiful old growth trees, so if you need a shady respite from the private beach you can just venture back up the yard to the deck or patio. There are also four kayaks for your enjoyment and a fire pit on the beach.

Our stay could not have been any better! The location was perfect. The home is in a private area, but you are close to restaurants and other activities. My dogs are like family, and the set up was perfect for them, too. We enjoyed every single aspect of this stay! Highly recommend!!

Home away from Home!
We absolutely loved our stay! We cannot say enough positive things about it. We loved the view of the ocean - it was pet friendly with a fenced in yard. The home is decorated with antiques and gave it a nice homey feel. The Landlord was very friendly and responsive. We loved every bit of our trip and will definitely be back!
We all enjoyed our stay so much. Great property, great location, great management!
Great Place for Family, Friends, & Dogs
We were very impressed by this property. The entire house was very clean and filled with books, nice furnishings and interesting things to look at it. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, utensils and dishes. The many amenities greatly increased our relaxation level. Even our dogs were treated extra special with being provided food & water bowls, towels just for them, sleeping pads, and even a large crate. The owners also provided little dog tags with their phone number on them in case the dogd wandered off. The fenced side yard was greatly appreciated to let the dogs out in and there was an outside shower hose to clean them (and us) up after fun in the sand. The deck was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast and to relax on as the sun went down. We tried out the kayaks. My daughter had never been kayaking and really enjoyed it. She was so thrilled to see dolphins in the bay. The bay shore was a good. safe place for our dogs chase sticks and swim. The Gulf beaches are not that far away and we enjoyed playing in the waves there also. We visited St. Andrews State park and went snorkeling and scuba diving. Beautiful place! We also tried out the dog beach by the pier and it was a fun experience.
In the evenings we enjoyed gathering in the living room and having some dinners at the table by the window overlooking the bay. Relaxing by the fire pit on the shore topped off one of our evening.. We definitely recommend this property. We would love to visit it again.
We just returned home from our one week stay. Missing the private beach already. We sat out there and had our coffee every morning and enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. The home is spacious, clean, and has everything you will need. Robbie and Ellen are readily available if you have any questions or need anything. We are already planning our next trip. We have stayed at beach front condos many times before, but nothing beats this house. It's close to everything, but you still have your privacy and own beach. We recommend Finns and Gene's Oyster Bar located close to the house. We took our pet toy poodle and were amazed that so many resturants are pets friendly. This bay front home is located in Historic St. Andrews within walking distance to the Historic business district with numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Just down the beach is the local Lake Huntington Park with its own boat ramp. It is also within walking distance to the Oaks by the Bay public park with its beautiful live oak tree canopies and bay dune/beach boardwalk, as well as, the St. Andrews city marina with boat ramps, charter boats and boat rentals. This home is located in a well established historic community with all the benefits of a neighborhood such as, nearby grocery stores, gas stations, department stores, gyms, theaters, local restaurants and shops. All within walking distance.
