Our Townhouses are split over 3 floors and are located in a peaceful area of Peyia, with plenty of free, on-site parking!

The Townhouse's have large, open plan living /dining area's and have been furnished to a very high standard throughout, for 'home from home' self-catering comfort. They offer added extras such as Free Wi-fi, valuables safe, DVD player & DVD's, Books, Smart TV and a UK television satellite box.

Kitchens are fitted with full electric oven, 4 ring hob and extractor fan, full size washing machine and tall fridge freezer. You will find all the utensils you will need for that perfect self-catering holiday.

The Townhouse's are fully air conditioned for the hot days of summer and offer heating for those out of season holidays.

Whilst sitting on your private patio you can enjoy alfresco dining and relaxation while taking in the panoramic sea views down to Coral Bay. You can watch the sunrise over the Mediterranean Sea and set over hills of Peyia, as there is nothing but the blue sky in view. The Patios are furnished with comfortable outside furniture and canopy. These properties also feature a private roof terrace on the top floor. Again, these offer stunning views as well as sun loungers for private relaxation in the sun.

Our Townhouses are on the very relaxed resort of 'Club Coral View' which is located close to Peyia village and just a short distance from Coral Bay.

'Club Coral View' is a fully managed resort with on site management available daily in the office or via mobile. It offers a beautiful large Swimming Pool with child's area, recently refurbished in 2017, sun deck and changing facilities.

Bedroom 1 (Gallia 1 & Gallia 3) - Offers a double bed with en-suite bathroom/shower. Fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside tables and also a sliding patio door leading out to a private balcony with seating for 2. A Safe is installed in the wardrobe for valuables and the room is Air conditioned.

Bedroom 2 (Gallia 1 & Gallia 3)- Offers twin beds with en-suite bathroom/shower (G1). Fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside tables. The room is Air conditioned.

Bedroom 3 (Gallia 3 only) - Offers a double bed. Fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside tables. The room is Air Conditioned.

Master Bathroom (Gallia 3 only) - Main Family bathroom with full size bath / shower.

Our properties are Non-Smoking throughout and BBQ's are not permitted anywhere on site.

On behalf of myself Richard, my Wife Janette and our Daughter Leanne, I would like to welcome you to our wonderful Townhouses at the 'Club Coral Views Resort' located in the town of Peyia, near to Coral Bay.

Together we operate a family owned business called 'Executive Residences' and having travelled around the globe we are now developing our own portfolio of high quality properties that meet our demands for exquisitely furnished holiday homes.

Cyprus is a country we have been visiting for over 30 years and we have seen how beautiful an island it really is. It has given us with many memorable moments, which we now hope you will get to share too.

Why Executive Residences chose Peyia

We chose these properties due to their stunning views and location. They are in excellent proximity to the best attractions Cyprus has to offer - including the pristine beach at Coral Bay! Restaurants and bars are but a short distance away at Coral Bay or in Paphos town centre itself.

We are close to the growing number of golf clubs which can be reached within 25 minutes, the popular waterpark, Paphos Zoo and many other tourist attractions..

All furnishings are of a high standard and cater to couples & families looking for a relaxing, self-catering holiday.

The swimming pool was refurbished in May 2017 and the resort is due to continue its makeover throughout the year with painting. There should be no disruption to guests.

What makes this house unique

Having a private Roof Terrace & outside Patio means you can have peace and quiet when you want it whilst still being close to go out and explore the local attractions and tourist areas.

Had a Great time, weather was fantastic and locals are very warming.

If you like to horse ride for a hack or a lesson then Georges Ranch at Sea Caves area is great. Horses of all shapes and sizes and all standards catered for. The horses were in great confusion. there are quite a few donkey farms in the area too & its certainly worthwhile taking a trip & supporting the local businesses. We loved it. Don't miss out on visiting the village up the hill. Such a warm welcome & brilliant mezzo at Geitonia which is up i the village around the corner from the church. Mezzo was 10 to 12 euros each and there was so much fabulous food. The family who run the place are amazing.

Notes:
Both Gallia 1 and Gallia 3 are large airy townhouses and are ideally located for the beautiful views over Peyia and Coral Bay. Both are fully air conditioned with cool, ceramic floors. The living area leads out to the Patio, which are furnished with full outdoor furniture - perfect for those lazy summer evenings. The addition of the private roof garden provides a private area with Sun loungers and stunning views of the local area. The bedrooms provide plenty of hanging/storage space and two full sets of quality bed linens and bath towels. All bedrooms are air conditioned. We have provided a small selection of DVD's and books.

The property was lovely. It was clean and very comfortable and decorated in a very modern style.

The issues we had are of no fault really to the owners, but are considerations people should be aware of when considering this property. The pool was filthy, and I mean seriously filthy. Every morning I would use the net to remove hair balls, lolly sticks and hair bands. No one ever vacuumed it, and after its recent (very poor) refurbishment, tiles are falling off. The day we left there was a nice shade of green to the water. This would have been easy to report if the reception was ever manned, but no one seemed to care too much about the overall state of the place. Many of the sun beds are broken and in short supply. The photos led us to believe there may be 6-10 properties sharing the pool, but in fact there are 60+. The mid-stay visit of the cleaners to this property to replace bed linen and towels does not happen. We were told that we have to clean the property and wash the towels and bed linen.

Extremely well equipped, comfortable & modern

My wife and I stayed in the Executive Residences town house which was an excellent base for our first visit to Cyprus. The house was extremely well equipped, comfortable and very modern & clean. The pool was a welcome addition and we found the reception manager Mercia very helpful. Parking was easy and accessible and the house was very well situated to explore the local area. Will definitely be returning!

Komfortables Ferienhaus mit tollem Meerblick

Als Familie mit Teenagern war die großzügige Wohnfläche des Townhouse sehr angenehm und jeder konnte seinen Ferienrhythmus ausleben. Liebevoll eingerichtet bietet das Ferienhaus jeglichen Komfort... inkl. WLAN/ Smart TV für die Kinder :)) Den großen Gemeinschaftspool haben wir nur zum Schwimmen genutzt, ansonsten besonders die Dachterrasse mit dem Rundumausblick genossen. Peyia ist ein idealer Ausgangsort, um den Südwesten Zyperns zu erkunden: wir haben Ausflüge bis Limassol, Paphos und Polis gemacht. Zum Schwimmen im Meer sind wir gern zur Coral Bay gefahren (10 min), wo man in der "Sea You" Strandbar den gesamten Tag bis Sonnenuntergang verbringen kann. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Laufnähe im Zentrum von Peyia, weitere Auswahl in Coral Bay oder große Shoppingcenter in Paphos. Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in angenehmem Ambiente verbracht und können diese Lokation bestens weiter empfehlen.

Our Townhouses are in the perfect location for those looking to explore the many local attractions, historical sites and nightlife Paphos has to offer. We are close to both Coral Bay and Coralia beaches, a wide variety of tavernas, bars and restaurants in Coral Bay or closer still in Peyia village - serving both Cypriot & International cuisine. Coral Bay and Peyia are plentiful with shops, banks, pharmacies and walk in medical centers with English speaking doctors. You will even find a Fish and Chip shop and Chinese takeaway! There are many tourist hotspots in the region including Aphrodite Falls, Lara Bay (a protected area for turtles to nest), Agios Georgios, Kato Paphos, Tomb of the Kings, the list goes on. There are also water parks, Go Karting, Crazy Golf and even foot-golf!

Car hire is recommended to enable you to have the freedom of exploring the beautiful region. Hiring a car is easy and relatively cheap - and they drive on the same side as the UK. Rental cars can be picked up at the airport or it can be arranged for delivery to your townhouse from a variety of rental companies.
