The duplex apartment of 70 m2 located on the second and last floor of a house in the center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz with 6 apartments, has 2 large bedrooms, one upstairs appreciated by children, 1bath with WC + 1 WC upstairs, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and entrance.

Upon arriving you park on the parking place reserved for you at the door of the house. Once unloaded the luggage you find yourself in a quiet and bright location, from which you can do everything on foot.

Un appartement bien situé et décoré avec goût!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement très fonctionnel, à l'aménagement harmonieux.Très ensoleillé, nous avons apprécié le fait de ne pas avoir de vis à vis, et de bénéficier d'une bonne circulation de l'air grâce aux fenêtres oscillo-battantes.

La proximité de la plage, du marché et avec la principale rue piétonne en accès direct sont un plus appréciable, la place de parking réservée est nécessaire dans ce quartier.

Nous avons apprécié également le contact avec les propriétaires et nous leur souhaitons bonne chance pour l'avenir de leur location.

Leur description de la location est très fidèle de la réalité, et même si monter les 40 marches est un peu douloureux , cela vaut la peine , pour bénéficier du calme et de la lumière. Le plaisir se mérite!
