Both the beach and Selwo Aventura Safari Park are only a few minutes away by car. Fantastic shopping opportunities are close by, Puerto Banus and Marbella. Markets are held every day of the week - wonderful for fashion etc.
Outstanding restaurants are just a short drive - catering for ALL tastes and budgets!
The Puerto Banus and Marbella night life is not to be missed with fabulous bars and restaurants open until the small hours!
For families the beach and many theme parks are just a short drive away.

The views of the coast are stunning. Situated in the tranquil La Resina Golf and Country Club with its 9 hole golf course. It is located in between the typically Spanish towns of San Pedro and Estepona, both of which have popular weekly markets. Both the beach and Selwo Aventura Safari Park are only a few minutes away by car.
The apartment has a large entrance hall with a spacious lounge/dining area which leads out onto a huge double aspect (south and south-east facing) terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds. The garden has a large lawn area, with a decked area with large fixed barbeque. The master bedroom has a king size bed , dressing room and ensuite, full marble, bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can also be made up as a king size. The lounge also has a double sofa bed. Both bedrooms lead out onto the terrace, with tables and chairs for your morning coffee. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and there is a second, full marble, bathroom.
Colin and I fell in love with Lunymar Golf as soon as we saw the developers plans and reserved our apartment there and then !
We have had many very happy holidays there, both on our own and with our family.

Even writing this review makes me relive one of the most fabulous holidays we've ever had. Lesley bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our stay and, my goodness we were. The apartment is just beautiful; spotlessly clean, cool, spacious, it really felt like 5 star luxury. The main bedroom is large with a huge dressing area. The two bathrooms are large and very well appointed, as is the kitchen which has everything you could possibly need. As well as dishwasher, a washing machine, cafetiere and microwave, there was also plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, including plastic bowls and cups for little ones. Our two year old was delighted to find a stock of clean, functioning toys, as well as beach balls, buckets and spades etc. but enough about the apartment. Let's talk about THAT terrace. It's ginormous, with tonnes of good quality furniture, table and chairs, sofas, sunbeds etc, and some little steps lead down to a decked BBQ area with a little garden. We opened the doors and were perfectly happy to leave our little man to explore the terrace and garden in complete safety. Although the apartment is on the ground floor, it's perched in the hills so you benefit from a combination of a huge amount of outdoor space combined with wonderful views to the mountains on one side and down the hills to the sea on the other. There's a covered area so there's always some shade when you need it or for little ones to play, and the sun shone fully on the rest through until evening for the sunbathers, which was perfect. The swimming pools were warm and clean and the complex was peaceful and completely without that 'kiss me quick' atmosphere that some Spanish apartment blocks have. You definitely need a car, but it's 5 mins to a lovely beach and 10 mins to a huge supermarket. 15 minutes and you're in Puerto Banus, and 20 minutes and you're in Old Marbella. The downside of having to rent a car is totally outweighed by the benefits of all the space and relaxed atmosphere this apartment has to offer. We had great intentions of driving around a lot to see more of Spain, but we were so happy with the apartment, terrace and BBQ that we spent many days just relaxing, eating, drinking, and watching the little birds fluttering around, the big birds of prey circling overhead, the fabulous sunrises over the mountain and the sunsets across the hills and out to sea. We cannot fault this apartment, highly recommend it, and we WILL be back!!!
this apartment more than lives up to the description, it was very spacious for our family of four both inside and out, The decor is tastefull, and furnishings and fixtures are comfortable.The apartment is secure with a secure carpark, and a lovely swimming pool and childs pool. There is plenty to do nearby, and the golf course looks very challenging. The owners provided a great place to stay with everything you could need available, and the booking process was easy and fairly priced, and they were quick to answer any queries, i have already recomended this place to friends and hope to return myself in the future.Thank you lesley and colin

Dieses Apartment ist wirlich sehr schön. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermiertern war sehr gut und die Schlüsselübergabe war vorort auch kein Problem. Es war wirklich alles so, wie im Inserat beschrieben.
This apartment was excelent. We was feeling very well. The contact to our renter was very good. Everything was wonderfoll and we can highly recommened it.
