Why river chose Casco Antiguo
Its situation is just perfect to get to know the city. Seville growth along its river. People ask me always how far is from the cathedral and do not think that they will only go once to the cathedral during their staying. None goes more than once. After that, the tenant will want to go where everybody goes and the apartment is right in the heart of thoses places. Anyway, it is only 10/15 minutes walking form the cathedral.

It was a great stay at the apt since it turned out to be as posted. It was so convenient to a lot of our activities in Sevilla, & was quite & a comfortable stay. Aside from submitting the requested information, it was easy to Ck -in & out. It’s a perfect stay for a couple visiting Sevilla & all the information provided was helpful to further enjoy our stay.
Excellent stay, impeccable apartment just as listed. Property owner Juan Luis is a delight to deal with, was attentive from the start.
Although, through no fault of the owner, the apartment main door number was incorrectly given and no details for obtaining key for apartment forwarded, the owner immediately answered my phone call and was there very promptly. He too was confused as to why information was not accurate on our e-mail. Apart from this confusion upon arrival everything was exceptional. Location excellent, decor brilliant, layout great and bed very comfortable. Air con terrific ( we always remembered to turn off as we left each day). Hot water on demand and well equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Lift was a great bonus also. No hesitation recommending this accommodation. Could have stayed longer than a week.

Comfortable and convenient apartment
We stayed for four days at this apartment. Very convenient location and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Sevilla. A good market very close if you want to cook. River did a great job meeting us and making sure we were informed and had everything we needed. We strongly recommend this apartment.
Nice Spot for a Couple
We spent 6 days in Seville and stayed in this apartment across the street from the Plaza de Armas and the NH hotel. Good neighborhood, less touristy than Centro, but only a 15 minute walk to most attractions. Supermarket, movie theater, bridge to Triana, nice breakfast spot (Paradas 7), taxi stand, bus stop and other conveniences close by. We were glad for washer/dryer, coffee machine and other touches in this artsy apartment.
