Comfortable and cozy anex

  • 5 of 5

The anex is very cozy and comfortable, warm and clean. It provides more than the basics and Tessa is kind enough to provide even breakfast. We had a fabulous time and I would definitely book this wonderful anex again.

Cosy and comfy. Perfect base for visit to local attractions.

  • 5 of 5

We received a lovely warm welcome from Tessa and Charles. They were very accommodating and helpful.

The annexe was clean, cosy and very comfortable. Lovely view over the gardens and fields. Well laid out kitchen with everything you could need for your stay.

Loads of hot water and brilliant water pressure in shower also!

This was an excellent base for our visit to the area. Only a few short miles to Legoland. Within easy driving distance of the Warner Bros Harry Potter studio tour. Plenty of local eateries, and a huge Tesco close by.

Can't rate this place highly enough really.

We were very sad to leave!

Ideal town centre location

  • 5 of 5

Was after a place to stay in Reading near the Town centre but also within walking distance of the Central Swimming Pool on Battle St. This house was ideally located. Literally within a stones throw of the Oracle Shopping Centre and the riverside food courts. Who'd have thought there was a Beach Bar in Reading! The property had everything we needed for our weekend stay (in fact everything you would need if you lived there full time) Three bedrooms with a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two full size singles in bedroom 2. There's a smaller bed in room 3 that would be ideal for a young child. Downstairs there's a folding bed for visitor's use so plenty of scope for our stay. Despite its location the area was surprisingly quiet and a good nights sleep was had by all. With its own off road parking we would recommend this house for a short weekend break or longer stay.

Comfortable Property, Excellent Location

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here for two nights in February, the apartment was is a great location, very convenient for local attractions, such as Legoland, Windsor town centre and Saville Gardens.

The apartment is comfortable and easily large enough for two/three people. Excellent as a base for exploring the area. Also the communication from the owners was excellent.

Would stay here again and would recommend.

Oh and the sunset views are amazing!
