Welcome to our beautiful ‘by the sea home’ in Punta Romana in L'Escala.

You can enjoy your holiday sitting on the big terrace over the rocks in the blue water, with a book in the sun, with a BBQ or a wine underneath the stars, in the old town of L’Escala. You find the MOST BEAUTIFUL Panoramic views over the whole bay, oldtown bay and Empuries beaches with its Ruins, up to the Pyrenees (latter especially in wintertime), even from the pool site. The lift to the apartment is a comfortable plus.

Our apartment has been recently refurbished with Parquet and new bathrooms, and now with AC!AC for the summer and Heating for the Winter!

1 Suite with double bed (160cm) and bathroom, 1 small double bed room (135cm).

Equipped open kitchen, 2 sofas and eating area.

Big sun terrace, Community Pool, beach access. All facilities like bars and restaurants in the old town, shops and supermarkets in walking distance. The centre you reach within 3-5min by feet.

Supermarkets, shops:

You only have to go down the street to the old town to find a bakery, cafés, bars, restaurants or little shops.

If you walk along the “Ronda” towards the Empueries beaches you will reach bigger supermarkets like Lidl, Mercadona or dia.

At the other entrance of the town you have Carrefour and Aldi.

Around us:

Have a walk to the roman-greek Ruins or the little village Sant Marti dEmpuries, passing by the Hostal Empuries – it’s worth a look inside! Its terrace or the “Chiringuitos” invite to take a aperitif on the way to the village or just during your stay on the beaches. The magnificent Empuries beaches are very child friendly as very shallow, although in the first one you will find quite a few rocks underneath the water.

Southwards you can walk along the sea as well – over the new part of Riells (second hand market every Sunday!) to the port. Also in the port you find many restaurants. If you want to walk even further, you will reach the beautiful bay of Montgo. Amazing sand, clear shallow waters, hiking tracks and restaurants.

As well as Montgo as Sant Marti you can reach with the choo-choo-train in the summer. Best stop is downtown at the beginning of the Pedestrian Zone (for Montgo) or even directly up the stairs from Punta Romana (or around the corner), on the Ronda de Pedro for direction Sant Marti.

Profit from many sportive options as diving, sailing, deep sea fishing, kayaking, paddle surfing, kite-surfing (Sant Pere Pescador) etc.).

A fantastic apartment and a great holiday!

The property is very well positioned between the picturesque town of L'Escala and the beautiful beaches stretching to the north.

The prime roof top position allows privacy when required and captures glorious sunshine all day.

Kevin the owner was very friendly and genuine and always a phone call away.

We had never visted this area of Spain before and loved it. The mix of beaches, restaurants, water activities, cycle/running paths and shops made for an adventurous stay.

Good Holiday

Kevin is a great guy to deal with,sent everything you need to know,directions etc.

Apartment is in a perfect situation, amazing views.

Negative points are lack of parking , and apartment could do with a bit tlc , it was only June (quite early on in the season) and there were things that should have been done, ie table on patio re varnished, fridge did not really get cold,(but strangely there was a fridge in the bedroom that we brought into kitchen and once cleaned used that), we had to clean the freezer out before we could use it, a lot of the crockery was chipped, these are things that really should be addressed. On saying all of that we had a great time and really enjoyed our holiday, and I wouldn't let it put you off booking this apartment.

The apt was great, well equiped and in a fabulous place.Just a couple of minutes walk from the first bars and shops in town.

Very clean and tidy, well equiped and easy to access with the lift. Fantastic views even in the not too good weather, across the bay.

Only down side was car parking. We had to park in public park 600metres away but then managed to park much closer later on.

We would both love to go there again!

Un appartement tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Tout est propre et en état de marche. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à L'escala en octobre. Peu de monde, un temps fabuleux, de l'espace, du grand air, la mer... La Costa Brava offre de magnifiques paysages et une sérénité bien agréable à cette période de l'année.
