samoens rent new apartment on the ground floor with outdoor terrace in residence, cottage style, very well exposed for 4/5 people.

you are the first supermarket 300m and 400m from the village. ski bus 50m from the residence, gondola 800m.

description of the apartment:

entrance alcove with 3 bunk beds in 90, a bedroom with a large wardrobe.

bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet.

in the living room there is a sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player, table, chairs, a dresser bar, a cozy and decorated interior.

the kitchen is open to the living room, all amenities, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, dishes and utensils range are brand new.

at your disposal, a covered garage and closed under the residence.

for the summer, you can enjoy the private outdoor terrace for dining on a forest table, umbrella and enjoy a sunny sunbathing on the loungers available.

our animal friends are not allowed in the apartment and it is non smoking.

sheets are provided for the length of stay.

appartement à la montagne qui fait l'unanimité

Appartement conforme en tous points à la description et aux photos. Bien situé, très propre, calme, très bien équipé, chaleureux. À noter le couchage très confortable. Les lits faits à l'arrivée sont un plus. Grand merci bien sûr à Maryvonne pour son accueil. Kylian gardera un excellent souvenir de son premier séjour à la montagne.

Lieu ideal pour un couple , appart tres propre et tres bien equipe ,centre ville a 10 minutes a pied , terrasse plein sud panorama magnifique, une hotesse d accueil maryvonne tres competente et attentionnee , en conclusion vous pouvez y aller sans retenues . Un vrai resto sur les pistes L YGLOO sur le secteur des morillons

Excellentissime séjour !!!

Location très propre et agréable, très pratique et très bien équipée pour ce séjour de 3 semaines. Accueil chaleureux de Maryvonne. Centre ville à quelques minutes. Le "Veau Gras" boucher-charcutier -traiteur permet d'éviter la cuisine ! de plus le choix des restaurants est conséquent. Que demander de plus si ce n'est le beau temps dont nous avons bien profité. Location à recommander.

Une vue, du calme et la Proximité du centre

Appartement très propre, très bien équipé.

Terrasse très agréable avec une belle vue dégagée sans trop de vis à vis.

Très bien situé, proche du centre ville et départ pour les balades à proximité.

A conseiller pour 4 personnes.

Merci pour la bouteille de vin et le gâteau de Maryvonne est excellent !

Join the motorway A40 to Chamonix

- EXIT 18: CLUSES - LA Sardagne then follow TANINGES / SAMOENS

- Follow directions Chatillon / MORILLON / SAMOENS .

- At the entrance of Samoens at the 1st roundabout (decorated with three stone sculptures), turn right towards SIXT, CIRCUS OF IRON HORSE in, past the Gondola (Grand Massif Express)

- Continue to the second roundabout and take the first right. Make 50 m approx. and turn immediately right a small paved road (just before the Fromagerie) on the right of which there is a weight limit of 3.5 tonnes panel. Continue straight, cross a bridge (green belts) or puts the Cleyvieux and from the bridge, take the first left and then immediately right, you arrive at the cottage "The BOISSIERE" .The apartment is ground floor facing the front door.
