Breezes is a luxury, modern, single story 2 bedroom stand alone villa with a pool and lovely landscaped gardens which makes a wonderful base for your holiday. Situated in a quiet, residential area, it is a 5 minute walk from Heron Bay beach and a 2 minute drive from the shopping and cinemas at Limegrove in Holetown. Golf at Royal Westmorland and Apes Hill are also nearby. There are two bedrooms, both with flat screen Tv's and walk in wardrobes.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom is equipped with

twin sinks, shower and bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed which can be split to make 2 single beds and an ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans. The sitting room opens up to the large terrace area with lots of additional seating, a bar and dining area which look on to the turquoise pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite worktops and leads into a large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Both the kitchen and sitting room have flat screen TVs . There is also a powder room plus a pool side bathroom with shower. All living areas have ceiling fans.

I am originally from London and have owned a house in Barbados since 2007. I purchased Breezes in 2013 . I live between the UK and Barbados.

The house is really well equipped as it has been my main home for the last few years. Although it is in a quiet area, the location is wonderful and very convenient to shopping, beaches, restaurants and all the West Coast of Barbados has to offer. Breezes is also available for 1 to 2 month lets. Rates negotiable.

My House Manager will welcome you upon arrival and will be available during your stay to make sure everything goes smoothly, along with a welcome pack of essential groceries for the first night. Maid Service is included 2 half days per week . More days may be arranged at cost locally. Although not essential as taxis are plentiful, a car would be useful. Linnens, towels, beach towels included.

luxury villa with lovely outside eating area & pool

We have been to Barbados on 8 previous visits & always privately rent. This was by far the nicest property we have stayed in, the attention to detail in every aspect of the property was stunning. It is a proper home from home with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need, the outside areas for eating & relaxing were fantastic as well. A very quiet location with no distractions to disturb your relaxation. I would highly recommend this property & would definitely return on going back to Barbados. A car is essential if you are to stay at this property, especially as we like to get around the island, unless you are happy to use the local bus service which is very regular this is a 5 minute walk down to the main road

This is a lovely property. Light, airy and spacious. Very private despite there being surrounding properties. Lovely pool that is bigger than it looks to be in the photographs. Loads of comfy outdoor seating (including a hammock) in the shade or out - whichever you prefer. Beautiful master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and seated bay window. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Our son was also very happy in the second bedroom which was also very well appointed and spacious, particularly for a second bedroom - ensuite and also with a walk-in wardrobe. If you don't particularly want to have a view of the beach when you wake up then I think the location is very hard to beat. 10 minutes walk down to the beach and if you wish to walk along the beach you will be in Holetown for breakfast in a further 20 minutes. What better way to start your day?!

This is our fourth holiday in Barbados, but first time we have stayed near Holetown. Having Holetown so close really contributed to this holiday. It is a smart town with easy parking offering everything you will need. Although I mentioned you can walk into Holetown you will want a car for when it is dark and for shopping, as well as to travel further afield. Great holiday and thanks to the owner for kindly renting her beautiful home to us. Also thanks to the cleaner who was lovely and to Geoff who welcomed us and checked us out.

A wonderful open plan spacious villa, well located for the entire Platinum Coast!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Breezes, we stayed for 16 nights and we were a party of 4 adults and one baby.

The apartment is located within walking distance of Colony Club and Holetown we often walked into Holetown or to the beach at Colony club. The Villa has everything that you need, fully equipped and furnished very tastefully. The open plan aspect allows for comfortable living in a tropical and peaceful setting overlooking the pool deck complete with bar area and sun bathing. The bedrooms and Kitchen have AC if required. We used the BBQ for our local catch from both fishermen and fish markets and cooked in on occasion as well as visiting The Cliff, Lone Star, Cin Cin, Lobster Alive, The Lobster Pot and others.

Beaches are aplenty, we settled for Gibbes as our favourite and would recommend hiring a car so you can explore all over the island. The house has ample parking behind electric gates. We are regular visitors to the Island and the villa was a perfect base. Kerry Ann is a wonderful cleaner and looked after the house during our stay, and Geoff Fox who manages the property is equally charming and we were pleased to have no requirement to contact him during our stay for any issues. We were welcomed with a small pre-order of food from the supermarket and shown around the house and then kicked back and relaxed for our stay! WiFi works perfectly, Kitchen has everything you need.

It is a perfect Villa and we would not hesitate recommending this to anyone considering staying here! The owner is very easy to contact via the website and will undoubtedly make you feel very welcome in her home which was most certainly a home from home for us!

Damage Deposit $1,038.64

Rates quoted include a Property Manager to assist you and Maid service 2 mornings per week. If you require additional mornings this will be chargeable at cost. Deposits are non-refundable within 60 days of departure date. Cancellations prior to 60 days before departure will be returned in full less processing costs.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
