Welcome to Girasol! This property has got that 60's Ring-a-ding ding, cocktail party chic but is perfect for the family, too. It may be small but it has it all.
This stylish house offers everything you could need for a Palm Springs retreat, but can fit within your budget. The house feels spacious and is well laid out, with the master on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. The outdoor area is fantastic, and boasts a large pool and hot tub with mountain views. There is a covered outdoor dining area and BBQ, to make the most of Palm Springs' famous outdoor living.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to prepare and serve a meal. There is an indoor dining room that seats 6, and the living room has a large flat-screen TV.
The master has it's own bathroom, as well as a private patio. The two guest rooms share the second bath, and one of them has pool / patio access.
This house is totally ready for your friends and family to come enjoy and won't break your bank in the process!

The six of us ranged in age from 19 to 75. Three bedrooms were perfect--two for the two couples and one with twin beds for the other two. The beds were very comfortable. Although we went on excursions every day, we enjoyed having a complete kitchen where we could prepare our meals and eat together. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and the beautiful views of the nearby mountains. We would come back here again.
Perfect! Comfy beds, very well equipped with all essentials. We will be back.
We are a family of 4 that came to town for the tennis tournament in Indian Wells. This home has a lovey backyard to lounge, the kitchen is well stocked and it is on a safe and pretty street far enough away from the night life, but close enough if you want to be in it! Very very clean.
Our group of 4 adults had a great time at this property! It was stylish, comfortable, clean and fully stocked. The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood - good for morning walks. It is a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. Once we got the hang of the hot tub remote (took several cycles to heat up) - we were all set for a memorable vacation. Thanks!
The house only partially lived up to the description and photos. Our family spent five nights over the new year's holiday and while the property was in a good location and had a pool, there's not much more we can say positively about the property manager or house itself. On our second day there, the sewage system backed up while our daughter was taking a bath-- imagine how disgusting that was for all us, not to mention we lost use of the house almost the entire day and evening. It was frustrating that it took so long to reach and get a response from the manager and luckily the cleaning service arrived toward the end of the disaster because of a number of other issues upon arrival including:
· There wasn't soap, or propane for grill when we arrived first night and there was only one roll of paper towels and hardly enough toilet paper for a family of 5
· Pool and spa worked most of the time during the day but not always, and did not after 6 PM
· There were several leaks in one bathroom behind sink
· The TV and cable only worked for a few channels and most of the main ones did not work
· Beds and linens were OK
· It was difficult to cook with a lack of quality cooking materials, e.g. pots, pans etc.
· The oven did not work; there wasn't a functioning knob to turn it on/heat it
It’s unfortunate that this property is so poorly maintained, it could be a great place to stay. It is an outrage that we did not get a refund of any kind for the sewage problem and our loss of the house use for a day. We suspect that this will happen again.
We spent our Christmas holiday at the Girasol property. We had 5 adults and 2 small dogs. Neighborhood is very quiet. Close location to downtown. We were able to UBER it downtown one night for dinner easily. The house is true to the pictures. The bedrooms were spacious with nice closets, dressers and hair dryers included. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with glasses, dishes, pots, pans, serving dishes, utensils, etc. We made Thanksgiving dinner Christmas Eve (my daughter was in Costa Rica then) and lasagna, pasta, meat rolls, etc. on Christmas Day and were very satisfied with the supplies. Other vacationers had left spices, oils, etc. in the cupboards and the fridge even though we had brought most of our own. Very clean inside and outside. Beautiful mountain views from various areas inside and out! The spa was a learning curve but the manager texted me back immediately and the pool guy appeared within minutes to show me how to properly run it! We didn't use the pool due to the cool weather at this time of year. The fireplace was a nice added touch for the holidays! Furnace worked wonderfully also! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The only concern is that there isn't a hand rail in and out of the spa (or pool). I was able to get in and out fine, but one person didn't get in because of that. Thank you!
