Lovely country cottage
We booked the Saracens cottage for Christmas, my husband and I plus both our Mum’s.
On arrival we had a lovely welcome and was able to get in before the check in time.
The cottage was very clean, all the facilities and amenities were great.
Just a couple of things, the cottage is quite dark, which was fine, but I think it is therefore more important that there is plenty of lighting and also that they all work, ie. in the master bedroom, the quirky wardrobe is set behind the headboard area, but there was no lighting at all! Also the ensuite to the master bedroom was a bit tired looking and the temperature in the shower was only controllable at one temperature, hot, so not very relaxing.
All in all though, a lovely cottage and friendly people.
Thanks for a great Christmas!
