Barn in Little Snoring, North Norfolk, England - Under 15 Mins To The Beach.
About Simon Graham
I love my weekend getaways, and holidays, and really recommend our property for a break. It has a lovely family feel to it, is in a stunning location and you will come back revitalised and refreshed. Having a young family, I can vouch for how much there is for young children to do in the local area.
Simon Graham purchased this Barn in 2016
Why Simon Graham chose Fakenham
North Norfolk holds some very special memories for myself and my family. Some of my fondest childhood memories were made here. It is a place with huge expanses of stunning beaches, pretty Norfolk villages with cottages built in flint and brick, the market towns of Holt and Burnham Market with their boutique shops, the farm shops and artisan producers and a mass of fabulous places to eat. We have spent enough time in Norfolk to know that it is just as special in the snow, the wind, or a spectacular thunderstorm as it is on a hot balmy day – you just need to be prepared for all eventualities!
What makes this Barn unique
The location of The Old Grain Barn could not be better to explore North Norfolk during the day, and then act as a relaxing retreat in the evenings. It is perfect for all generations, from children to great grandparents.

We stayed for 3 nights in October and loved everything about it. The barn was clean, spacious and well maintained, with lovely décor. The beds were very comfortable and all bedrooms have modern en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Quiet surroundings, yet only a short drive to excellent restaurants and the coast.
Absolutely fits the description
Barn Conversion With Luxury Comfort And Beautiful Peaceful Location - well that was the description and The Old Grain Barn certainly lived up to it.
A spacious barn yet retaining a comfy and cosy atmosphere. Extremely well equipped and furnished. Lovely bedding and fluffy towels too. Definitely worthy of 5 *****.
Well appointed & equipped, clean & comfortable, spacious & bright, great communication with the owner. Perfect for friends and families. Well located for access to Wells, Holt, Burnham Market etc. Will definitely be returning!
Smashing family holiday in North Norfolk
We had an amazing week in this beautiful property.
We were 2 families of 4 and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and the 4 en-suites made showering after our lovely beach trips super easy.
Morrison’s very handy in Fakenham and also had a lovely Thai takeaway from the Crawfish restaurant, just up the road.
Communication with Simon was easy and he was quick to reply to any queries.
I would thoroughly recommend this property for families and adults alike.
A really lovely property. Spacious and well equipped. Good location in a quiet village. Not many facilities in the village, but not a problem for family with young children. Highly recommended.
We had a fantastic weekend , the property was beautiful and well equipped . We would definitely stay here again. Perfect
The charming Georgian village of Holt, with it's fantastic array of shops, cafes and wooded parks, is only 10 miles away. To the North lies the award winning Brancaster, Holkham, Wells-next-the Sea and Blakeney coastline. In the other direction, the historic market town of Fakenham is just 4 miles away and even closer is the superb Pensthorpe Nature Reserve.
The wonderfully located Sculthorpe Mill pub is found on the neighbouring river Wensum, and the brilliant recently reopened Black Lion Hotel restaurant and Little Walsingham Farm Shop are just under 10 minutes down the road. King’s Lynn is 24 miles away with regular trains to London via Liverpool Street and Kings Cross taking under two hours, and there are many recommended golf courses nearby.
There are numerous banks and supermarkets in Fakenham. There are some excellent restaurants along the North Norfolk Coast.
