A modern, bright and airy villa, set in an attractive private “residence” of just 32 properties with a beautiful shared pool (open early June to late September) in an attractive established garden.

- Living/dining room leading onto shaded terrace overlooking pool
- Kitchenette fully equipped with clothes and dishwasher, hob, combination oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker
- 2 large bedrooms: one king-size, one twin. (King with view of rear garden, twin with pool view.)
- Bathroom with shower over bath
- 2nd separate W.C.
- TV: English Sky and French Terrestrial
- DVD with selection of films
- CD (with USB port)
- enjoy a BBQ in our sunny rear garden

Bed linen and house towels are available for £15 per person.

The villa benefits from being a short distance (15 minutes walk) from the town centre and just 800m from the 4Km "Blue Flag" award winning sandy beach. Take a leisurely walk along the promenade, perhaps stopping off at the beach cafes, the wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops, pier, marina and twice weekly market. Alternatively hire a bike and cycle alongside the Canal Du Midi or through the nearby vineyards. Water sports, tennis and a ferry across the River Orb to Serignan Beach are available in season. About 10 minutes drive from the A9 peage, with access to a range of interesting areas locally and further afield, Valras-Plage is an excellent base for exploring the Languedoc and surrounding regions' beautiful coastal and inland scenery, many historic sites, such as nearby Beziers or the medieval City of Carcassone further afield, picturesque villages, plus activities such as varied walking or canoeing. Alternatively simply relaxing.

La résidence est superbe et très calme on se sent très bien la piscine est top Val et Nick sont très sympas La location est bien située L appartement en lui même est bien cosy et fonctionnel mais j avoue qu il a besoin d un rafraîchissement et d un bon nettoyage d un changement d électroménager Avec ça il sera au top du top

Der Strand und die Umgebung wunderschön. Der Pool ist schön nur zu klein wenn alle Häuser zum schwimmen da sind. Das Haus könnte sauberer sein und moderner, ist alles schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Für Familien eindeutig zu klein.

Toller Urlaub in ruiger Wohnlage
Die Villa befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage mit tollem Pool. Bis zum Ortskern mit seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten geht man etwa 15 Minuten, den wunderschönen Strand erreicht man in einigen Minuten. Vielen Dank an Julie vor Ort für die schnelle Hilfe und an Val und Nick für die immer sehr gute Kommunikation! Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet, auch mit (Strand-)spielen, Sonnenschirmen, Reiseführern etc. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke!

Quelle joie d’avoir trouvé ce petit nid douillet où nous avons pu nous ressourcer en famille. Tout est prévu pour accueillir une famille. Vick et Nick ont été très réactifs pour valider la réservation et toutes les instructions sont bien expliquées. Cela sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons dans cette résidence sécurisée.
