There are three houses, Almendro and Ciruelo, both with two bedrooms each, and one, el Moral, with one bedroom, located in the village of El Mocanal, in the island of El Hierro, the smallest of the Canary Islands, since the inauguration of the central hydro-wind Gorona, is the first completely self-sufficient island with renewable energy sources. The houses are 450 m above the sea level, a pleasant climate throughout the year, in a completely rural setting where you can enjoy the silence of nature with a privileged on the side view, the sea and an evocative skyline, where you can see the island of La Palma. The rural complex is located five minutes away the capital of the island, Valverde, and very close to tourist foot-path that allow visitors take extensive walks and enjoy the peculiar nature of the island. The three houses, completely independent and recently refurbished, keep the "herreño" characteristic and traditional style: its external combines stone and wood standing by its thick walls and large windows; and inside by their wooden gabled ceilings, double woodem doors outside and double glass window inside, offering the double option to enjoy the brightness of the environment or the absolute darkness, as desired.
