Stunning apartment on the beach with sea views and stacks of style

Take a week here and feel your cares melt away as the sea breezes drift along your balcony overlooking the beach.

With a large balcony directly above the beach and views over the sea from the balcony, lounge and master bedrooms, with French doors leading out to the balcony.

You’ll find it difficult to stray too far from the views, but fear not as you can simply sink into the sumptuous sofa by the French doors and watch the large multi-channel TV. Or simply gaze out to sea. You’ll understand when you’re here….

Immaculate and newly furnished to a high standard throughout, this holiday apartment by the beach sleeps four so is ideal for families or friends in need of an escape from city life.

There is a large double bedroom with those all-important sea views, and this has stacks of storage space behind the floor-to-ceiling mirrors, so no need to hold back on the packing. The spotless ensuite bathroom to this master bedroom has a walk-in shower.

The second spacious bedroom has a kingsize bed which is capable of splitting into twin beds (if separate beds are preferred) and again provides large built-in wardrobes for a clutter-free and spacious feel.

The sense of tranquility and space is enhanced by the open plan nature of the lounge-diner-kitchen. Estate agents would perhaps call it dual-aspect, with light cascading through the entire room.

The dining table comfortably seats four and being close to the kitchen, creates a sociable atmosphere as you prepare meals together, plan the days adventures or perhaps re-live the action you’ve enjoyed.

Location, location location! The beach is literally over the balcony, and this modern, spacious and immaculate apartment provides an ideal base for families and friends to kick-back and enjoy life by the sea, or to be the foundations for explorations and adventures!

Loads of history nearby - castle ruins, etc, plus the continental atmosphere of Sovereign Harbour (a very short walk away), with its cafes, restaurants, shops and cinema, plus boat tours.

What makes this apartment unique

Access to windsurfing, boating, fishing trips, swimming (in the sea or the indoor pool at the end of your road).

3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet, parking, gardens, terrace, WiFi and a modern, fully equipped kitchen - what's not to like :)

We found the apartment very suitable for a short break but not to be recommended in February. It took many hours for the heating to be comfortable.

Moderne Ferienwohnung, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet

Der einwöchige Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer war sehr angenehm. Die Lage in der Nähe vom Sovereign Harbour hat ihre Vorteile, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Die Busverbindung zum Stadtzentrum von Eastbourne ist problemlos. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfreich. Wir waren rundum begeistert und kommen gerne wieder.

You are literally right on beach (and you have sea views from the apartment) so be sure to spend lots of time either in, on or by the sea!

There are many castle ruins nearby as you are close to the most important area in English history - where William defeated Harold to become King of England.

Refundable damage deposit $279.99
Booking fee $56

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season. The costs include the weekly rent (see online booking system for prices), a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security / damage deposit (this can be higher for longer stays).

To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200. The balance of your payment is then due by no later than six weeks before your arrival date. The returnable £200 security deposit must also be paid at this time, which will be returned to you after the property has been checked, minus any deductions for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
