Why Christine Mallorca chose Alps-Maritimes Valleys

After my husband worked in the hotel business, he became an interior architect specialized in the conception and renovation of interiors. He created Atelier PMG. He wanted to turn this seaside apartment into a comfortable, contemporary cocoon. There is a Mediterranean style with polished concrete, terracotta floors, turquoise mosaics in the kitchen, masonry bank for the dining area, walk-in shower, dark blue mosaics, fake ceilings, and many illuminated spots. They give this apartment a modern and pleasant touch that all our guests have appreciated, and we have the pleasure of welcoming you every year.

What makes this apartment unique

A dream residence with the sea and palm trees 10 m away, surrounded by greenery with the blue Mediterranean Sea in the background. You can fully relax without cars: only pedestrians and swimmers pass in front of the house. With everything close by you can leave the car in the private parking spot and walk everywhere you need to go. There are 75 bars and restaurants close by, in the port and at CAP 3000, open until 9pm. In the shopping centre, you can find food, shopping, hair salon, doctors, restaurants, dry cleaner's, Galleries Lafayette, gourmet store, Apple, children day care, etc... every comfort. The bus station is 200 m away, so you can go to Nice and the airport that is 5 min away.

Wirklich alles sehr schön

Alles so wie in den anderen Bewertungen. Das Appartment war absolut super. Ganz in der nähe ist der Flughafen von Nizza obwohl dieser wirklich sehr nahe ist störte er uns gar nicht. Man hört nur die lautesten Flieger und auch die nicht wirklich stark. In der Nacht ist es absolut ruhig. Das einzige was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, waren die Strände. Die sind ab Antib (ca. 20 Minuten entfert) viel schöner. Die Restaurant und Bars in der unmittelbarer Nähe sind dagegen top. Wir haben mehr mals sehr gut gegessen.

Een heerlijke plek in het voorjaar

In de mei-vakantie hebben wij 10 dagen gebruik gemaakt van dit heerlijke appartement. Het is niet groot, maar voor twee personen ruim voldoende. Het is met smaak ingericht. Vooral de ligging is uniek. Slechts een tuinhek scheidt je van de boulevard en het strand van St. Laurent-du-Var. Zeker in het voorjaar betekent dit een heerlijk rustige ligging met veel zon en een prachtig uitzicht. Wij hebben er ontzettend van genoten.
