Beautiful. Exceeded Our Expectations!
We could tell from the listing that it was a very nice place but it wasn't until we arrived that we realized just how nice it was. Beautiful kitchen and bath. Spacious bedrooms and living room. Absolutely spotless. Excellent location with convenient restaurants, grocery stores, and great gelato right on the corner. Really special place!

Perfect homebase to taste Rome's refinement
We had our honeymoon in Rome. Everything was perfect. The weather, the food, the monuments everywhere and of course the sunset. Incredible and most of all: unforgettable!
We were happy to stay in this comfortable apartment. Everything was clean and all utilities were available. Sabrina was very kind and responded immediately if we needed some help.
The location in Rome is perfect: it takes some time to find out how to bus-system works, but as soon as you find your favorite busstops and numbers you can hop on and off easily. The apartment is near (the great church of) San Giovanni in Latero. From there you can go anywhere by underground train, bus and tram.
We loved our stay and Sabrina is the best host you can wish for!
Lovely little apartment
Great apartment .
It had everything we needed ,
Sabrina was very helpful so “thank you Sabrina”
It was a joy to go home to after a lot of Walking.
Rome itself was a beautiful city .
A lot to see and to do.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment when visiting Rome.
Cute and Clean
Very cute place! It had all we needed and the bed was comfortable.
It was great and convenient to everything. Sabrina was great to work with and gave us lots of information. I would plan on staying here again in the future!
Perfect for our needs
The apartment is perfect for 2/3 people - comfortable, clean, and decorated with simple style. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare a simple meal, and there are restaurants and a small grocery store close by. The location works well for exploring Rome, being a 10 minute walk from the nearest Metro station and 20 minutes from the Colosseum. Sabrina is welcoming and accommodating - she greeted us on our arrival at the apartment at a time to suit us, and returned at the end of our stay and organised our taxi for the trip back to the airport. If I am lucky enough to return to Rome, I will not hesitate to book her apartment again.
Like a private Boutique Hotel!
This place is beautifully designed and lovingly appointed by Sabrina and her husband. They have provided anything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The pride and pleasure they take in the space is evident the minute you walk in. It's just as it appears in the ad. It truly is like walking into an article in Architectural Digest. Very spacious and relaxing.
My Mom and I came here on the final leg of a ten day trip to Italy and it was the perfect end to a great trip. At the beginning of our trip we had stayed at another apartment in the heart of the old city. Even though this is a little further out from the center, there are plenty of options for public transport or even walking, depending on your fitness level. I could easily walk to the basilica of St. John Lateran. The subway is relatively close and convenient to use. There are also several bus stops and a taxi stand just up the block. Leaving to go to the Fiumicino Airport was a breeze, especially because you don't have to deal with the central traffic.
The apartment provides a very different and less touristy experience of Rome, living amongst more actual Romans. Close by you'll find grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, bakeries, fruit stands, and even a Gelateria. I also had the best dinner of my time in Rome at a restaurant that is just a couple of blocks over, Da Roberto e Loretta. Very good and I was probably the only tourist. Something you won't find in the old city!!
The Appio-Latino district is characterized by the famous Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano. Next to the basilica is the Scala Santa, which according to tradition was traveled by Jesus to go to Pontius Pilate. The district is bordered by a long stretch of the Aurelian walls, in which there are 5 doors: Porta San Giovanni, Porta Asinaria, Porta Metronia, Porta Latina and Porta San Sebastiano, the latter ideal entrance to the Appia Antica Archaeological Park.
The area is known throughout Italy because in the main square in front of the basilica, every first of May, there is the famous concert, which sees on the stage a large number of Italian and foreign musical groups. In addition, the San Giovanni district is known for one of the main shopping streets, Via Appia Nuova, and a lively clothing market present every morning, except Sunday, located in Via Sannio, where you can do some good business.
The "point 29" apartment is located just a few minutes from the San Giovanni and Re di Roma underground stations, it is also very close to Piazza Zama where the bus stops are, so you will not have problems moving around the city of Rome.
