We stayed for one week. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, smallish kitchen. Close to great restaurants and easy to the rest of the city. Stairs to the second floor a bit steep. If you have trouble with stairs, make sure you check the floor since there are a number of units on different floors. Lee, who helped us check in was great.
My son and I live in Latin America and visit the United States once a year so when he grows up he'll have some idea of America. This year we chose New York City and rented this studio apartment in the East Village. The area is very safe, very busy and very 'yuppie-ish'. The neighborhood in every direction was very friendly and by the end of our trip the local super market knew my son by name. This location is great for getting a ride on Uber, which we used all but one time. All in all I highly recommend this place for its comfort, furnishings and location.
We spend two nights at the Warhol Aprtment and seven at the garden apartment. This was the better choise we did. The apartments are beautiful and very comfortables. It´s a quiet neighborhood. The atention of Lee was perfect. He was alway disponible if we needed ask something or some information. We´ll be back here for sure.
We were there for the fibe boro bike tour. We rented the downstairs appartment with terrasse. We were 5 girls. Very well situated with lots of nice small restaurants and shops. We walk from there to Greenwich and High lines...nice walk.
Bathroom needs a little updated but all very comfortable.
Owner was very nice and effective. They let us stay a little longer in the morning since there was nobody coming after us that day! I recommend!
