Why Aggeliki chose Tsilivi
The geographic position is perfect , 3 km from the town and 1 km from TSILIVI.

Lovely place with beautiful views
We appreciated the night breeze afforded by the higher elevation. The balconies were so pretty. Good value. Very cute kitties.
Would not go again
We arrived for our 8 night stay.
Aggleki welcomed us & took us to the apartment, where she handed us the key & showed us the balcony & view then left.
There was no property info so we felt our way around, unpacked & went to find a supermarket.
When we returned & proceeded to unpack our shopping we could not believe how dirty the apartment was on a second look.
The kitchen cupboards, fridge, worktops & floor in all corners etc
I decided to clean around everywhere to find there was no water.
We went to find Allegki & explain, she said the tank was empty & would need someone to look into it.
We had been up since 2am that morning & itching for a shower.
The water came back on at 10pm that evening but wasn't fit to use not even for a shower as it was Brown,
So had to go to bed without a shower.
The following morning the water was cold until 10:30am & still a little discoloured.
We went out for the day feeling very difflated.
When we got back the Wi-Fi was down & couldn't look for somewhere else to stay.
We called at a pool bar the following day & loved it so much we asked if they had any rooms available. They had 3 nights but not consecutive nights, but we didn't care we were happy to pack & unpack just for a break away.
We were advised from Home away to try & sort it out with the owner .
Which we did, Allegki was happy to refund us for the 3 nights we were away from the apartment, we shuck hands & had no hard feelings.
The showers were very basic which we expected but dirtyness was not in the advert. The cupboard door hung off it's inge, you could not get to prepare food as it was all very squashed up, if you wanted the microwave you needed to move the 2 ring hob & pans etc.
The kitchen area has not had a revamp in what I can only say since maybe the apartment was built.
We ended up wasting the shopping as we couldn't bare to use he kitchen area & ate out.
When we came to leave the day before flying home Alleki had changed her mind & would only refund us for the last night saying we had only just given the keys back & she couldn't rent out the apartment to anyone else,
We had shuck hands on the 3 nights in question & had thought it was her gesture of good will for all our inconvenience.
We will mot be going back & wouldn't recommend to my family & friends.
Real shame, beautiful view.
Needs a complete overall & to be kept clean.
Beverley & Graham.
We stayed here for 10 days. It's just outside of Tsilivi in a lovely, quiet setting overlooking the sea. It's possible to follow steps down to a rocky cove to swim (swim shoes help!). We'd hired a car and found it easy to get about and enjoy some of the lively atmosphere in Tsilivi and surrounding towns but return to the apartment for some down time. All in all a lovely stay and we're missing it already.
Apartment with sea view
The location, sea views and garden are stunning. Lovely quiet rural location, away from the commercial resorts. But perhaps a little updating and just a bit more comfort would have been nice. Eg there was no toaster although advertised as being one, a longer shower curtain to prevent wet bathroom floor would be good, there were a couple of electrical issues, including hot water provision, but these were fixed by an electrician within a day of reporting. Would recomment booking a hire car for full duration of stay, otherwise activities will be limited. But overall we had a great holiday. The owner Aggelike was very welcoming.
A piece of paradise
Lovely apartment, tucked away from the commercial area. A nice 20min walk into Tsilivi with fantastic views. The private beach isn’t really somewhere you can sit but there is plenty of seating in the beautiful traditional garden. The water is crystal clear and a great place to snorkel in amongst the rocks or just bob about cooling down. Aggeliki is a fantastic host always on hand to answer any questions and the homemade lemon cake and fresh figs were enjoyed by all.
A beautiful haven of tranquility!
What a fantastic place!!! The apartment itself is very tastefully decorated and, while it's not huge, is what you would expect from a self-catering apartment (though the second bedroom doesn't have a door). Where SkyBlue comes into its own is the outside space - and that's what you go to Zakynthos for. The views from the balconies are simply stunning and the gardens and sunbathing terrace are outstanding. Having breakfast under the olive trees, looking out over the sea to mainland Greece is something we'll never forget. As if that wasn't enough some steps and a fairly steep ladder (probably not for the faint-hearted) take you down to a private pebbly area where you can get into the sea. The snorkelling is brilliant as the water is SO clear. Having access to this without hoards of other people around is something truly special. And Aggeliki and her husband were so kind and welcoming - even going as far as cooking a BBQ for us one evening.
We hired a car while we were here and that really helped with getting to see the island and especially getting into Zakynthos town. All in all definitely somewhere to recommend if you want to escape from it all in the sun and in beautiful surroundings. (It really is as good as the photos suggest.)
