About Steve Harrison
We live on the northeast side of Orlando, FL, so we're not too far away. We love to travel and spend time at the beach. Steve loves fishing, boating, and photography. Sue’s passions include, design and decorating as well as crafting all of the flower and plant arrangements, creating shadowboxes, framing artwork and photography.
Why Steve Harrison chose Palm Coast
We looked for a beach front property because we wanted to be able to share the experience with our sons and grandkids. It was all about making memories for all of us to cherish. When we first drove into Cinnamon Beach, it was like coming home and we were hooked immediately. We still get the same feeling every time we come to spend time here.
What makes this Condo unique
Walking in the front door, we saw the expanse of ocean and the beach and were thrilled. Every time we look out the sliding glass door, it’s like being on a cruise ship. And while relaxing on the balcony we enjoy yet another beautiful sunrise, the beautiful greens and blues of the water, pelicans swooping by and dolphins playing in the water. Watching the sun and the moon rise has the ability to just take your breath away. This is truly paradise!

Perfection at the beach
We found it just as advertised. Sue (the owner) has everything in the condo you could possibly need & she is extremely understanding to any issues that might arise ( like forgetting to start the dishwasher when we left). It was absolutely the perfect condo for our family of 5 adults ( but she's got children covered with toys if needed). The place is just perfect and a easy drive to many activities. Just a few of our activities were The Kennedy Space Center, The Fountain of Youth, The St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Chololate shop, & Silver Springs.
Thanks so much, Debbie. We’re so glad you had a wonderful time!
ANOTHER PERFECT WEEK AT THE BEST APARTMENT IN CINNAMON BEACH!
This apartment is perfect. I have no complaints at all. It is clean, well maintained and appointed. The owners have gone the extra mile in suppling everything you need for cooking, sleeping, going to the beach or pool, or just relaxing on the balcony... everything! The furniture is beautiful and comfortable, too. It’s our second time renting and we are already planning our next visit. So glad we found this “Paradise”.
Thank you so much, Barbara! We are so glad you you loved it!
Another Day in Paradise
Once again we had a wonderful stay in #765 the week of July 4th. Sue and Steve think of everything! We cannot get over how the kitchen is so well stocked. It has everything you can think of and then some. The view is the best ever. Every time I go out on the balcony, I fall asleep within 5 minutes. There is nothing like the ocean air. All the beds are super comfy! If you have any questions, Sue will reply personally and usually within 5 minutes.
Make sure to eat at Captains BBQ. Their ribs are the best. We also love Flagler Fish Company in Flagler Beach. And make sure to eat at South Beach Grille in Crescent Beach.
We are planning to come back next June!!

Cinnamon Beach is an unspoiled, picturesque stretch of the Atlantic coastline nestled between Historic Saint Augustine to the north and Daytona Beach to the south. Cinnamon Beach is known for its unique cinnamon colored sand, a natural result of the ocean waves lapping against the offshore coquina reef. Miles of uncrowded beach offer a low-key and laid-back environment to just sit and enjoy the relaxing beach life.
There are plenty of local restaurants for dinning and entertainment. Visit the Captain’s BBQ at Bings Landing on the intercoastal water way, or the many shops and restaurants in the European Village. For a unique experience try the Funky Pelican right on the ocean in Flagler Beach just 15 minutes away. If you are looking for adventure, then a day trip into historic Saint Augustine is a must. Walk along St. George street and experience the eclectic collection of shops, restaurants, and countless entertainment options.
