We love this town! Our home we are offering for rent; 143 E. 46th Street is located within a short walk to the downtown area as well as the beautiful beaches. About a block and a half. We are located between Landis and Central Avenue, closer to Central.

What is great about this location is that it is close to the center of town; you can walk to all of the fun activities including the brand new library, parks and shopping.

There are lots of activities available that appeal to all. Your family will really love it!! The beach that is closest to this home is protected by life guards and is just one and a half blocks away.

We have a brand new state of the art kitchen with black cherry and glazed maple cabinetry with quiet closing doors and a dramatic huge slab of granite. We have all stainless appliances including a Jenn-Aire gas range, a french door refrigerator, and a brand new Keurig coffee maker too.

There is plenty of room for all in this unit; we offer two master suites. There are a total of five bedrooms, three baths, a dining area with a new counter height table that has seating for 6-8 and breakfast bar for 3 also.

There are four twin beds and a full bath on level 1, a queen bed and a full bath on level 2, 1 queen bed,1 king-size bed and 1 full bath on the third level. There are three decks; and the main deck has a partial ocean view. Each deck is furnished.

Everything you'll need is here, right at your fingertips. We provide all cooking utensils, pots, pans & glassware.

The yard is partially-fenced in and there is a spacious enclosed outdoor shower area. We have a gas grill.

We offer Digital cable, a DVD player and a stereo. We have wireless connectivity or no additional charge.

This home newer and is in great condition with soaring ceilings and upgraded wood trim. It is decorated in a beach/surfer theme.

Please note, this is a beautiful home as such, we rent only to responsible adult families. If you are looking for a place to party don't even inquire... When you inquire, please be specific about who is staying with you. ABSOLUTELY NO GROUPS.

Included in your fee is our own cleaning service. We are extremely meticulous; if you are a neat freak you will feel at home.

WE DO NOT RENT SENIOR WEEK. DON'T ASK

Book with us, we are friendly, and really want you to enjoy your holiday at the most spectacular Jersey Shore!!! We were 100% rented last year and are quickly approaching that this year. All comments were positive!!! We have returning guests each year.

We have owned our home in Sea Isle since June of 2005. We live in southern NJ -- about an hour away. We have 2 boys ages 12 & 13. It goes without saying that they LOVE the beach!!

We absolutely fell in love with this place when we first saw it...There's upgrades throughout and as an added bonus there's an ocean view from the front deck...In the last 4 years a number of the surrounding older homes were replaced with new homes like our own. This has significantly improved the appeal. There was a huge beach replenishment project this year so our beach is sure to be lots bigger!!!

What makes this condo unique

We love walking downtown to enjoy all of the neat shops and restaurants. Also, biking is great here on the island. Of course there's just hanging around which is the best!

The house was very comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, games, books, bikes and grill. Very close to beach, downtown restaurants and shops.

Great location - Great house!

We've always stayed between 42nd and 48th street, usually trying to get something as close to the promenade as possible. We were a little nervous because this house was on the other side of Landis, but the photos looked great. So glad we picked this one! By far the nicest house we've stayed at in SIC. We were super close to everything. The walk to the beach and the promenade were cake.

The house was super clean on arrival. Everything was laid out for us. Good communication with the owner. Bonus Kerig machine for morning coffee when we were "too tired" to walk to the promenade! Plenty of room for my family - thanks again. We will recommend to others...and we will be back! Awesome property and owners!

WE LOVE IT HERE!!!

This was our second consecutive year renting this property for our family vacation. This house, and its location, are really perfect for family groups. It's a block and a half to the beach and promenade in one direction, and very walkable to the restaurants in fish alley in the other. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. All the amenities listed were available and easy to find. The owners are great to work with and answer all questions promptly.

If you have small children this is a great place because all you really need is a stroller and maybe a good beach cart and your good for the week. We also rent a crib from a place on the island for a reasonable price that they deliver and pick up for you. There is s great ice cream place called nana and pop pops right near fish alley that is our favorite spot and very short walk from the house. The beach in this block has lots of room and is right by public rest rooms on the promenade so you don't have to take the kids all the way back to the house. The beach bar is also only a few blocks away if you want to get off the beach for some adult beverages.

We love this place and will stay here every year we are able to. Thank you for having us back!

Just Beautiful!

These folks really take pride in their home in Sea Isle! The house is gorgeous and really comfortable. My family really enjoyed their stay here! Everything you need is there and the owners are so accommodating and thoughtful. The beach is beautiful and only a 3 minute walk if that. The location is near everything, restaurants, grocery store, ice cream shoppes! Perfect place for a family vacation and would definitely go back! Thanks so much for having us!
