REVITALIZED! I had my boys for spring break this year (12 & 16). They each brought a friend and we all had a BLAST! Had never been to Palm Coast before but we'll be back! My only complaint is that we were only there for one week and not two! Vacation Rental Pros did a great job! Thanks!
Ocean front, penthouse, quiet beach, could walk +5mi north and 6mi south on beach! Condo, upscale and all amenities provided
We chose Oct 1-8 and that happened to be a bad time. We only got to enjoy 3 days instead of 7 days. All 4 of us were devastated because of the hurricane on it's way so we chose to fly out while we could. However, we did enjoy the time we were there and look forward to returning but it will NOT be in the month of Oct.
High quality, family oriented, not typical Florida crowds. Beach was almost perfect.
Very tranquil and not touristy.
Condo was high end, lost of room and great views.
Cinnamon Beach unit 665 has been our best experience yet at Palm Coast. This unit is beach front with a walk over path right next to the building. It is a perfect unit for having a family/friend vacation. We loved that all three bedrooms each had a bathroom. Our condo was amazing and we loved the area. The walk to the pool was a lot with small kids and they do not allow you to take food or drink into the pool. They have an over priced lounge with food and drink delivered pool side.
Checked in on 1/11 for extended stay til 3/14. Had a few issues in the beginning with VRP but will provide pros and cons. Pros: great location, wonderful balcony, beautiful grounds surrounding resort area, nice pool areas, nice beach to walk (with shoes on at times), comfortable beds, fully stocked condo, easy check-in at security gate in an upscale setting. Cons: seems to be a major disconnect between VRP's call center and their maintenance staff. HDTV advertised for unit upon arrival not functioning due outdated cable box, (play off and super bowl weeks.) After 9 phone calls over several days, this issue was resolved. As advertised as premium property, we were surprised to have to call maintenance again regarding lights needing to be replaced, telephone not working - all issues were finally resolved. The unit itself is in definite need of painting, many chipped walls, etc. Living room furniture and rug a little worn and uncomfortable. Cobwebs in kitchen ceiling and dead bug in cabinet were found. Lastly, after vacuuming rug and cleaning floors several times, we were still finding chards of glass on surfaces. Just a few comments. All in all - area very pleasant.
