About Ana & Mario
We were born and grew up in Lisbon, which still takes place our center of life. Married already going for some years and with children, as adults, to live their own life, we decided to create a new project that constitute a common challenge and at the same time, a human enrichment for potential diversity of contacts to be established with people other parts of the world. Because we like to travel and to relate to others the idea grew and the project site accommodation was born. We're here to, in a particularized way, contribute to seeking a holiday to remember with joy and longing. Feel free to put us your questions, difficulties and desires that we will strive to better serve you.

What makes this Apartment unique
It has great location for walks by the sea and nature. The fact that several schools nearby Surf and good local restaurants nearby, has the potential to spark interest in a different type of customers. The arrangement of the divisions was the most important factor in terms decided by the purchase of this property. The areas are divided in a harmonious way, where energy flows freely. The inner staircase, iron, gives the house warmth and hospitality. In the 1st floor you can enjoy a space open space, available to sleep or live. The apartment has two balconies overlooking the valley and the sea, charm anyone. All these features combined in a building only did we we decide on your purchase compared to other properties.

Endroit magnifique avec toutes les commodités
Super belle vue sur la mer et les environs. Plage à 10 min de marche. Toutes les commodités pour cuisiner, faire sa lessive. Seul point négatif, quand un autre locataire fait un feu de foyer où BBQ ( je ne pourrais le dire) , l'odeur de fumée se répand partout dans l'appartement, très désagréable. Merci à nos hôtes. Nous nous excusons pour l'inconfort de la fumée de barbecue. On va parler aux voisins qui font barbecue sur le porche. Dès le départ parce qu'il n'est pas autorisé selon les règlements sur les condos. Mais nous sommes heureux que, malgré ce revers, vous avez apprécié le séjour et apprécié aussi l'hébergement.

Memorable Stay
We spent a week in this marvelous property. The property was spotlessly clean and fully equipped having an amazing view from the balcony. Anna and Mario were very helpful giving us the best advice about the surroundings. Surely a 5 Star Property.

Wonderful apartment in a great location
We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment in a convenient location with a beautiful view. We had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. We dined on the balcony every night enjoying the wonderful sunsets. We made day trips to Sintra, Lisbon, Batalha, Cascais etc. Plenty of parking on the street in front of the apartment. We want to thank Ana & Mario for the lovely welcome to their great home and for their suggestions, one in particular that we appreciated was to drive to the airport parking and take the metro to Lisbon. Thanks again, we loved Portugal.

Very pretty and clean
Lovely place, lots of towels, good view, amazing Portuguese restaurant on the main road and the beach is so pretty.
Main surf schools and shops some distance away so check the map
We enjoyed relaxing, the hammock and the well equipped kitchen.

Reading the comment, the reader may conclude that the disappointment of the traveler is related to the location of the Coral Villa. But, in our opinion, unless the listing shows illusionary or wrong information, the responsibility for the choice of property can only be pointed to the traveler. Only he knows the kind of vacation he wants to do, it means, if close to the beach in the middle of a natural environment or in the way of shops and other services. As the Coral Villa listing shows the correct location on the map of the region, this 3-star evaliation will fits only the traveler himself who has the responsibility to examine the characteristics of the property in advance before booking with the possibility to ask about details of location if any questions he might have. The better of two different worlds is very difficult to achieve.
Coral Villa was lovely, the location was superb and exceeded expectations.
Mario and Ana were fantastic hosts, they made us feel very welcome and provided some great recommendations in where to go out and explore the local beaches and restaurants. Coral villa was ideally positioned to walk to the nearest beach and was in easy walking distance of another beach so was ideal for the family. The villa was very well presented and exceeded our expectations, the hosts were lovely people and did all they could to ensure my family and I had a great stay. We have already discussed the possibility of returning to Ericeira and would stay again at Coral Villa.

Comfortable modern apartment in great location.
The apartment is spacious with modern comfortable furniture and all the appliances you'll need. There are great views from the balcony, an on site pool and an easy walk to the beach. Ana and Mario are a lovely couple who are very keen to make your stay go well. They have stocked the cupboards and fridge with those little essentials and there are books and magazines. We visited Lisbon, Sintra and Obidos easily from here and enjoyed evenings on the beach..

In fact Coral Villa is located in the middle of interesting villages and in that way our guests have the opportunity to experiment different one day trips.

Next to the beach of São Julião which has an extensive areal clipped by cliffs, in the case of one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. For being quite exposed to the waves, is part of the roadmap of the surfers and bodyboarders, especially when these seek waves in quieter days of summer. Guarded beach with lifeguard and SOS system offers Beach bars in support of bathers. The House also will serve as a starting point for visits to Sintra, Lisbon, Mafra, Cascais, Obidos, recommended localities.
