APARTMENT DESIGN IS TERRIFIC!
Not only is the apartment spacious and comfortable, it has a fantastic location near the main pedestrian shopping street of Via Garibaldi. Our host, Reggero, made a point of welcoming us and provided us with detailed instructions on where to go and what to see. He even hosted us to a lovely evening out in one of the neighborhood's charming trattorias. This apartment and Turin are both fantastic!
It has been a real pleasure.. hope to see you again soon! let's keep in touch!!
Comfortable apartment in the historic centre of Turin
We enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped apartment in the centre of Turin. The kitchen area was particularly well appointed and there was an abundance of utensils, crockery etc. with which to prepare meals for our group of 4. The two bathrooms were also pristine. The owner's father who oversaw our arrival and departure was very friendly and informative and we were pleased that the owner took the trouble to check with us during our stay that everything was ok. We found the apartment slightly cluttered and perhaps not quite as pristine as the photos suggest - nevertheless it was very comfortable and suited our requirements very well. The apartment is ideally located for exploring Turin eg. it is a one minute walk from the Museum of the Turin Shroud, less than 5 minutes' walk from the Via Garibaldi with its lovely shops and less than 10 minutes' walk from the Palazzo Reale. Turin itself was a revelation, a really lovely city and very enjoyable to walk round with its lovely piazzas and several of the main streets have pedestrian precincts or colonnaded walkways. As well as the Shroud Museum and the Cathedral containing the Shroud itself, we would recommend the National Cinema Museum inside the Mole Antonelliana and the Pietro Micca Museum (incredible value at 3 euros) which includes a tour of the 18th century tunnels constructed in the Battle of Turin. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the apartment and we particularly enjoyed the cuisine at Antica Bruschetteria Pautasso which also provides gluten free choices, a boon for the coeliac in our group. There is more to see in Turin than we had time for and we would gladly return to this city and this apartment in the future.

Super Lage - netter Vermieter
Restaurantempfehlung: "Bordo" - Osteria Via Giulio, "Tre Galli" -Osteria Via Sant'Aostino und "Ortigia Bistrot" fish & more ebenfalls Via Sant'Antonio.
Thanks for your comments! It has been a pleasure to host you! hope to see you again!
