The first floor apartment comprises a large lounge/dining area complete with sofa bed and armchair, LCD Flat Screen TV with EnglishTV and a DVD player, Dining Table and 6 chairs. Apartment WiFi is also available enabling you to keep in touch with home.There is a separate kitchen with oven, hob, microwave & fridge. There are two bedrooms and a four piece bathroom and all rooms have ceiling fans. Outside there is a balcony with table & chairs overlooking the large pool area which is for residents use only.
Air Conditioning is supplied to all rooms providing both heating and cooling.

We are a family of four who wanted somewhere in the sun that we could enjoy, that wasn't too far away from an airport and felt like home away from home.

Why Graham and Claire Pycroft chose Los Alcázares
We first started the hunt for a home in the sun back in 2004 and after doing the usual property tours we came across a resort we knew little about...Los Alcazares. It had all the the qualities that we were looking for in a holiday location. We wanted to be able to get around without the need to hire a car, knowing that all the local amenities are only a five minute walk away. Just as important to us was access to a blue flag beach with seas that gently slope away making it safe for young children and grown-ups alike. We also wanted something modern, clean and bright, that gave us all the comforts of home, not just the standard 'furniture pack' pine, but still enabled us to enjoy the Spanish lifestyle and all that it offers.
What makes this Apartment unique
We visited many properties up and down the coast but was always drawn back to the Mar Manor area. Once we knew the area then we concentrated on the right place. We chose Los Alcazares because of its accessibility to the airport, 10 minutes from the airport to the apartment, the 7km long sandy beach and the fact that this is primarily a Spanish resort which still retains its festivals throughout the year. The resort has an abundance of restaurants, all local and numerous tapas bars line the beach should you wish to eat there. The apartment overlooks the pool and the balcony is the ideal place for topping up the tan.

"Bolthole in the Sun
We have recently returned from an autumn break in Los Alcazares. It was the first time we have travelled to this area of Spain and it won't be our last. If you are looking for a comfortable place to "chill out" then we can highly recommend this apartment which is in a quiet and well maintained complex. The apartment is well equipt (unlike many apartments we have stayed in), very comfortable and overlooks the pool area. It is only a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the square where you can find a large supermarket and an array of shops, bars and restaurants. (We can recommend El Patio and La Diva.) The beach area is a further 5 minutes walk and there is numerous beach bars along a lovely promenade - great for an afternoon/evening stroll. The beach itself is very clean, (certainly not crowded when we were there). The Mar Menor is great for children and very safe to paddle and swim in. A 20 minute walk along the prom will take you into the old town of Los Alcazares. Local transport appears quite reliable and buses go to Cartagena and Murcia which are both well worth seeing. Stuart looks after the apartment for Graham and Claire and is very helpful. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful break away then we can highly recommend this apartment and resort.
We are glad that somebody else has discovered this hidden gem of Spain. We try to provide the perfect place to relax and believe that Los Alcazares really does have it all. From the long sandy beach to the wide variety of restaurants which are perfect after a hard days chilling out. If you do prefer a night in then the apartment has been equipped to provide a home from home experience.
Apartment and complex are perfect for an enjoyable week in Los Alcazares.
The apartment is very well appointed, secure and clean, with views of pool. The grounds and pool are very well maintained and there is private parking.
The apartment is within walking distance of the promenade, beach and restaurants and ten minute drive from the airport at St Javier, Murcia.
We very much enjoyed our stay here .
What a place to relax !!!
This is a First class apartment overlooking the pool situated in a a very safe complex, it is very cosy and well equipped along with being very spacious, we are a family of three and we had more than enough room
The centre is a 5 minute walk to all bars and restaurants you couldn’t be in a better location!!
The owners are excellent with communication and ensure you have everything you need prior to arrival and Ann who looks after the apartment is a diamond and can’t do enough for you !
I will have no hesitation in returning to this apartment and would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay close to the centre of Los Alcázares

We had a lovely relaxing week in a very well equipped apartment, convenient to the restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Los Alcazares is very nice and the walks along by the beach are brilliant. Would definitely recommend both the area and the apartment.
Very comfortable apartment
Lovely apartment like home from home had everything would recommend it stayed for 42 nights didn't want to go home
Stayed at this apartment in October 2017 and we had a lovely stay. Weather was fantastic at 28 degrees. The location of this apartment was great being near to the square and beach, Lidl within walking distance about 10mins. The best thing about this apartment was the security with 4 locks on the door and felt very safe. The only minor niggles were the apartment was not as clean as stated by other reviewers, the beds were very low to the floor, and the light/ceiling fan was missing in the main bedroom and was told it would be installed on the Monday, but it wasn't done until Tuesday and didn't feel comfortable leaving the apartment until they had done it. But overall it was a great experience and would stay at this apartment again.

Los Alcazares is just 5 mins drive from Murcia Airport. This newly built apartment is situated approximately 10 mins walk from the 7km long sandy beach situated on the Mar Menor a large shallow salt water lagoon, ideal for children, separated from the Mediterranean by a strip of land called La Manga. The Mar Menor is popular for all types of water sports & bathers alike. The promenade is lined with Tapas bars to give a real Spanish atmosphere. It is a 5 minute stroll to the excellent Mercadona supermarket which is located in the new Baliniero square, which is home to a new 5 star hotel & numerous bars & restaurants. There are several golf courses all located within a 15 min drive from Los Alcazares. The city of Murcia with its magnificent cathedral & numerous department stores is well worth a visit as is the historic city of Cartagenga with its famous historic Roman sites & magnificent Harbour. The region of Murcia has an average of 320 days sunshine a year.

A deposit of £100 is required to secure booking with full payment required 6 weeks in advance of travel. A security deposit of £100 is required to allow for breakages or loss of keys, refundable following return of keys. We do not charge for small accidental breakages. Rates include the supply of bed linen and towels (not beach towels) and cleaning. We are flexible regarding changeover dates.
