Air conditioned villa in a little residence with a beautiful community swimming pool to be shared between only 6 houses, close to the pretty beaches and creeks in Miami Playa.
Spread out on two floors, it is well laid out, functional and comfortable.
On the first floor stand a large complete bathroom with a bathtub, the main bedroom with double bed, big storage closet, chest of drawers and a picture window allowing direct access to a pretty private terrace with view onto the residence's community area and swimming pool, as well as a second bedroom with double bed and chest of drawers.
On the ground floor you'll find the third bedroom with a double bed too, a second complete bathroom with a shower, a modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic cooktop, etc... and a pleasant living room with ceiling fans, sofa-bed and television screen.
In the living room, a wide picture window lets in a very pleasant natural light and opens up the room to the covered and completely furnished terrace with table, chairs, rolling sun blind and a stone barbecue.
Onfe on the terrace, you have a direct view onto the community area and swimming pool, ideal to keep an eye on the youngest ones.
Just in front of the terrace and along the villa extends the private garden, paved and well maintained, with a direct yet private and secure access (little gate) to the residence's community green zone and swimming pool.
This villa, fitted out for you to have a pleasant stay, makes available to you complete household appliances with dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge-freezer, etc..., ceiling fans in the living room, and includes the air conditioning, a Wifi Internet connection, the linen (sheets and shower towels) as well as an outdoor parking spot.
It is part of a little scale residence where only 6 houses are sharing the community area and swimming pool with Roman stairs.
This is a natural environment, with a pretty view onto the surrounding mountains, perfect for families, friendly and relaxing.
Standing in the quiet and wooded residential area of Casalot, on the heights of Miami Playa, you have an easy and quick access to the beautiful beaches and creeks in Miami Playa such as, for instance, “Cala de les Sirenes” and “Cala dels Vienesos” located about 4 kms from the house.
The centre of the seaside resort, where you'll find all kinds of facilities and services (supermarkets, shops, restaurants, chemist, etc...) is only 3 kms from the residence and the famous “Playa Cristal” with its maritime promenade lined with restaurants, lounge bars, children playground and other convenience stores, stands only 5,5 kms from there.
Cambrils with its little port is no more than 15 minutes drive from there and, a little further, you'll find Salou, tourist capital of the region, with its famous Port Aventura theme park.

- Optimization of all outdoor spaces: A covered furnished terrace on the ground floor, outside the living area, with outdoor furniture and a stone barbecue, a private garden in front of the terrace with direct yet private and secure access to the community area with the swimming pool and, last but not least, a second terrace on the upper floor, outside the main double bedroom.
To make a long story short, an incredible value for money for this fully equipped villa (household electrical, alarm system, air conditioning, parking spot...) for you to have there, with your family, an unforgettable stay.
Maison très agréable, propre et pratique avec un accès sécurisé très appréciable. Environnement calme avec une vue dégagée sur les montagnes, piscine communautaire ( que l'on pouvait croire privée!) au pied de la maison.
Points négatifs : literie de moyenne qualité. Un peu déçus par le manque de charme du littoral de Miami Playa ! Il existe néanmoins de magnifiques plages pas très loin.
points positifs : situation géographique, piscine, climatisation, accueil sur place.
points négatifs : propreté de la maison à notre arrivée, éviers bouchés, remontées de mauvaises odeurs, appareils électro-ménagers et literies de qualité médiocre, barbecue inutilisable, mobiliers de jardin insuffisant (aucune chaise longue).
Rapport qualité prix décevant, dommage car cette location est très bien placée mais elle mériterait d'être mieux entretenue....
