It benefits from direct access to the beach and Patterson's Walk via a private foot way.

It has two very attractively furnished bedrooms and both rooms can be made up with a super king size bed or two singles. Additional pull out double sofa bed in lounge. All beds have luxury mattress toppers. Also a beautifully appointed en-suite incorporated into the master bedroom which comprises of a toilet, drench shower and washbasin.
The lounge is very comfortable, light and airy with two sofas one is a flip up the other converts to a 4foot double sofa bed. You can relax and enjoy the sea views from the lounge as well as enjoy a 42" flat screen TV with SKY and DVD. There is a large video library, books and games to amuse all guests you fancy a night in.
The kitchen/diner is well designed, extremely well equipped and spacious. It incorporates a 4 seater glass dining table and chairs from which you can enjoy the seascape whilst preparing and eating your meals. It has a breakfast bar with two bar stalls. This allows 6 people to sit and eat in total. It has a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and electric wall mounted clothes dryer.
The family bathroom is light and airy and benefits from a drench shower incorporated in the bath
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the costs so no extras.
There is also a baby travel cot, high chair and changing mat available.
There are visitor parking slots.
Children love the beach and you can do as much or as little as you want. if you want family action just 3 miles up the road is an out of bounds centre which received a certificate of excellence from TripAdvisor 2016. It has 10 pin bowling, clip and climb challenge courses, soft play, and laser tag area. Outdoors there is a 9 hole par 3 course, a 9 hole foot golf course and an 18 hole themed adventure golf.
Stroll eastwards along the beautiful coastal path to the very popular Goring Greensward, where you can enjoy watching and participating in canoeing, wind or kite surfing.
Enjoy a meal in the well loved Sea Lane Cafe on Goring Beach with its alfresco dining. Sit and watch the world and its dog walk past. You can have a BBQ on the beach or make use of one of the BBQ areas on the Greensward.Have a game of footie or cricket with the children r simply relax on the beach and dip in and out of the sea.
If you enjoy walking or cycling continue eastwards along the coastal path and stroll to Worthing Pier and loose a couple of pounds in the old fashioned slot machines, or where you can enjoy a meal in the new restaurant on the Pier. There are several good places to eat such as the Crab Shack, The Fish Factor, Food or simply enjoy Harry Ramadan's fish and chips on the beach or in his restaurant. the walk to Worthing Pier from SeaEscape is 3.8 miles and takes about an hour and half. Alternatively you can catch the local bus which runs from Ferring to Worthing Pier or cycling the route will take about 20 minutes. Continue eastwards along the cycle route to Shoreham airport where you can take refreshment in the beautiful Art Deco airport lounge. Then onto Brighton with its many attractions.
Westwards along Patterson's Walk will take you to nearby dog friendly Blue Bird Cafe where you can get a glorious breakfast whilst enjoying the seascape. Then onto East Preston, Rustington, Littlehampton and Bognor Regis.
The no 700 bus goes to Brighton and Portsmouth although you will need to change at Littlehampton.
Goring by Sea and Angmering railway stations are only a short stance away. Goring is about half an hours walk and the train runs along the coast from Brighton to Southampton or you can catch the train to London for a fabulous day out.

Take a ferry to the Isle of White for the day
Arundel Castle and its beautiful gardens. The Wetland Centre and take a trip on the Arun Ferry and don't forget to enjoy the interesting shops, and take a cream tea in one of its many eating establishments.
The area is very popular also for windsurfers, paddle and sail boarders, golf, bird watching.
Most of the large supermarkets are within 15 minutes drive and there are a good selection of local shops and Fast Food Outlets..
Last but not least there are 2 excellent pubs which serve very good food, The Tudor Close is within easy walking distance.
