Perfect house for a family visit!
My mother, father, sister, brother-in-law, niece and nephew came to visit and we rented this property and were glad we did. The little ones needed their naps and were particular about what they wanted to eat. Luckily we were only half an hour away from most sites by Uber AND there was a Waitrose and Whole Foods nearby for evening meals. When were were all tired out and didn't want to prepare our meals Deliveroo was available for all sorts of cuisine from the surrounding areas. But most importantly the local pub three doors down made a great GT which my brother-in-law and I thoroughly enjoyed.
The 3 washers and dryers allowed for light packing and the three bathrooms gave us plenty of space for our bio needs.
Would recommend this property to everyone interested in seeing London with a family!
Great. No issues. Well located with abundant bedrooms and bathrooms. Appears newly renovated.
Very nice, very convenient to the underground and shops. We did miss our American airconditioning. Neighborhood very safe and charming. We arrived during a heat wave but had sunny clear weather the whole visit. Samuel was very pleasant to deal with and the large kitchen was delightful and well stocked. Highly recommend, close to attractions but quiet neighborhood. Fairly priced. Would use it again.
Super comfortable and convenient home!
We loved this home for our stay in the Fulham/London area. The 4 bedroom/3 bath house was great for our family of 5 plus 1. Plenty of room to relax and a great kitchen to share meals in. Loved the lock/key combination so that we didn't have to carry a key (or stress about losing a key!) while out and about. Key was always on site for us to access upon returning.
The tube is a short walk away and there were plenty of shops, cafes and grocery stores nearby for us to access.
We wish the lovely back patio at the house had furniture so that we could have used this additional space - as the weather was wonderful when we visited and we would have loved to sit outside.
In all, our stay was wonderful in this home. We would come back and stay in a heartbeat.
The property was terrific and the layout was perfect.
Samuel’s property was perfectly located near the Tube, restaurants and grocery stores. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were ideal for our family. In addition, it was a bonus that the property was used for this purpose so we did not have to worry about seeing the homeowners belongings. It was bright and clean and fully modern. What made it nice was having a full and well stocked kitchen, which made it easy to do some meals in. I would highly recommend Samuel’s place. He makes sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay!
Great place to stay, very helpful owner
We used this house for a 10-day visit to London with a family of 7 (3 adults and 4 kids).
* Samuel was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating.
* House was very clean and modern.
* Good size given its location and price point.
* Very modern/updated facilities, including good bathrooms and showers.
* Plenty of grocers, cafes, etc. a short walk east, as well as a main tube stop about a half-mile away.
* Quick Uber ride to Kensington, Picadilly, etc.
* We didn't notice any nightly noise (or airplanes, as mentioned in some of the reviews).
* Access to 3 washing machines and dryers.
* Great wifi, TV was equipped with Netflix.
Things to keep in mind (but not necessarily issues for us)
* Style of the house has quite a bit of stairs, including all bedrooms upstairs.
* The topmost room got a bit warm given the hot outdoor temperatures during our stay.
* It's in the city, so you will need to travel for green/recreation space.
We would stay at this location again.
I couldn't have found a more perfect house in which to spend 10 days with two of my daughters and their husbands. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and places to relax separately or together . The kitchen ( and its heated floors ) had everything you needed. The neighborhood is very quiet, never heard a sound at night. But, right at the end of the block is a great pub, The Mitre. Every kind of store you need is within walking distance, even a Whole Foods and a movie theater. The night before we left we ate at Harwood Arms, which they call a gastro pub, but it was much more than that. Food was great! Samuel Almeida, the owner, responded very quickly to the few questions we had.
Just opening the door and walking into the house on Bishop's Road felt very welcoming.

Fulham is posh, well-off, safe and has a great atmosphere - all very good Reasons why residents love so much to live there.
Chelsea Football fans are at home with Chelsea's stadium and Fulham in the area.
It has severalgreen spaces and the river to the south side
High demand has ensured That property prices and rents are above average in esta area. The people moving to this area highly gregarious, cash-rich, young and not so young professionals spend a large part WHO of Their leisure time in the bars, as well as quite a few young families and a big proportion of continental European professionals.
There are parks, Hurlingham: such as (for summer polo lovers) and Fulham Palace Gardens (with are open-air film screenings), Bishops Park, along the river Thames, and Fulham Football Stadium.
There is a choice of beer gardens, with The White Horse (Famous for its summer barbecues), Aragon House on Parsons Green, and The Mitre at the junction of Bishops Road with Dawes Road. The Blue Elephant Thai restaurant (renowned for STI food), Del Aziz Moroccan restaurant, Vagabond Wines (vagabondwines. Co. Uk), with wine tasting evenings and, the Elk bar with tempting deals on cocktails.
Public Transport in Fulham is second to none With Several stations in Zone 2.
Parsons Green is a highly Desired part of Fulham, so it's Also highly priced.
