Watch the sunsets from the living room sofa - and watch the spinner dolphins from the kitchen! You can sit on the lanai and watch the surfers in the ocean... Or grab a boogie board and walk 25 feet out the living room sliding doors right into the ocean and join in the fun!

We are constantly updating - BECAUSE WE KNOW HOW IMPORTANT A NEW, FRESH AND UPDATED CONDO IS TO OUR GUESTS - New kitchen cabinets in 1/16; new bedroom furniture in 7/16; new stainless steel kitchen appliances and washer/dryer in 3/16; new sleeper sofa in 6/15; second bath renovation in 6/15; bed and bathroom linens 4/17; master bath renovation 8/14; central air in 8/14; new dining room tables and chairs - seating four - in 9/13; new granite kitchen counter - seating four - in 6/13; new floor tile, ceiling fans, lanai blinds all in the summer of 2016.

This was a two-bedroom, two-bath condominium. The second bedroom was 'removed' to open up the view to the ocean! And what a gorgeous view!

Our location is perfect for those that worship the sun - walk 20 feet to the oceanfront pool or 100 feet to a white sand beach! Our location is perfect for athletes - GREAT jogging and bike riding down Alii Drive (our condominium is located on an oceanfront drive - five beautiful miles of ocean and homes!). Our location is perfect for shoppers and diners - GREAT dining and shopping starting two blocks north. Our location is perfect for surfers - GREAT surfing out our lanai doors! Our location is perfect for entertaining - barbecue grills are 30 paces away! EVERYTHING is within walking distance!

We LOVE Kona!

My wife and I started coming to Kona in 2000. We traveled here 11 times, staying everywhere in Kona - Kona Coast Resort, Kona Islander, Kona Alii, Royal Kona, Alii Lani,... before we stayed in, and bought our first oceanfront condo at the Kona Reef in 2004.

We found that this location is the best place to vacation as a couple - we have our coffee on the lanai, watch the morning surfers, enjoy 8 oceanfront golf courses and 12 snorkel beaches within 20 miles, and walk to our oceanfront Kailua Town in the evening to enjoy one of our 25 small local and chain restaurants.

This is the best place to vacation as a family - our pre-teen and teenage boys brought friends in the summer - and they loved being so close to town, and the surfing and boogie board beaches!

Our boys have since graduated and started their own lives, so we bought a home here in Kona and have made the big move! Our boys and their friends still raid our fridge, and hit the surf and beaches... they just fly here to visit Mom and Dad instead of flying here with Mom and Dad!

From Illinois to California to Nevada to Texas to Illinois to Florida to Hawaii... We have lived in many places - this is by far THE BEST!

Condo with spectacular sunset views and ever crashing surf against the rocks.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo.We sat out on the lanai nightly after supper and listened to the waves crash against the lava rock. There is not a purer sound on earth than this. The mattress on the king bed was so comfortable.

Beautiful Oceanfront View!!

This condo has an amazing view! We loved waking up and looking at the ocean waves breaking down on the shore in front of us. We also loved listening to the waves crash through the opened sliding glass doors in the morning and evening while we were at the condo. The condo is located within walking distance to town. We had never been to Kona before and thought it was a fun and festive place (before Christmas). The pool is right next door to this condo. We thought it might get loud with others at the pool, but it was very peaceful and quiet. We don't usually go to the pool while at the beach, but we did here. It was clean and had a great view. To make future stays more enjoyable, I would highly recommend the owners going to Costco and updating the pillows and beach chairs. In the kitchen, a complete set of measuring cups would be great. The breaker did like to blow when anything was plugged into the master bathroom. The toilet seat needs to be fixed or replaced in the master bath as well. With that said, my family and I would go back and stay in this condo.

Absolutely had a great time!

This condo is exactly as advertised. Nicely appointed in an extremely convenient location for restaurants and shopping all within easy walking distance. The pool and bar b q area were nicely laid out and there were always chairs at the pool. Nice atmosphere overall and Sandy was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We have already booked again and are counting down the days. One of our best vacations ever and we have travelled all around the world. If you want a great layout with a little more living space and second bathroom don't hesitate to book.
