An attractive and comfortably furnished, stone barn conversion, in a secluded position, surrounded by pretty gardens and farmland. The property is about 3km from the small town of Cancon, with shops, bakery and restaurant. Nearby is an 18 hole golf course and the larger Bastide town of Villeneuve is 20mins. Bergerac is 30mins. The spacious entrance opens into a large sitting/ dining area and kitchen. The kitchen which is well equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, microwave, is conveniently placed between the large dining area and the breakfast room with doors opening to a terrace, the garden and pool. Next to the kitchen is a sitting room and a door leading out to a covered terrace. There is a satellite TV/ DVD, HI FI, internet, pool table and table football.

Double Bedroom (1) with en suite shower room (1)+ WC. Bedroom (2) twin beds, Bedroom (3) has a double bed. Bathroom (2) and WC. Also another shower room (3), Upstairs Bedroom (4) - twin beds.

Outside: 12m x 6m private pool/Roman steps, gardens and fruit trees. There is a BBQ area and separate games room with drinks fridge, ping pong table and outdoor games.

Tenants must arrange Travel, Holiday, Cancellation & personal liability insurance.

Payment is by bank transfer of a 25% deposit of the Rental cost or 100% if booking within 8 weeks of the start of your arrival date
Payments are accepted in other currency are converted at the rate of exchange at the date that Kingfisher’s bank converts the payment & any currency variation plus any additional bank charges or costs will be adjusted in the security deposit returned

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
