Large 7 bedroom sea view villa - groups up to 24 in number

Located in the heart of Rodney Bay, 2 - 3 minutes walk from most amenities, whilst being very private. The owner does not live on site, but is a short drive away if required.

Housekeeping is available Mon - Fri at no extra cost. We offer a very caring service and the property is cleaned to a high standard.

You will be met by the owner on arrival and be provided with useful information on tours, shopping and local facilities. All our properties have excellent free Wi-Fi high speed Internet access.

The property has 2 desktop mobile telephones allowing FREE calls between apartments and to the property manager. You can also receive calls from any part of the world free of charge on the apartment handset. You would need to put credit on the phone to make outgoing calls to external numbers.

Please note that the manager for this property lives and works within 1 minute drive of the property so any problem encountered is swiftly dealt with, irrespective of time of day or night.

We have recently added an additional 1-bedroom cottage increasing the bed count to 20 people. Groups larger than 20 in number can have the additional members accommodated by placing folding beds or using neighbouring villas a short walk away.

Located on the first floor at Villa Cleopatra, this very spacious 3-bedroom apartment is fitted with cable-TV, Hi-Fi, telephone and safety-deposit box and offers both indoor and veranda 6-seater dining. All rooms have very high ceilings with fans. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Very spacious master bedroom with king-size bed and a large on-suite bathroom. There is a private veranda with patio table and chairs. There is a second bathroom for the other two bedrooms. Bedroom-2 has 2 single beds and bedroom-3 has a double bed. There is a spacious fully fitted modern kitchen and dining room with a large 2-door refrigerator, with has an ice maker and fresh filtered ice cold water on tap. Twin hammock in the large middle balcony. Fantastic place to unwind and savour the hypnotic views of Rodney Bay and the Caribbean Sea. Some of the features include: 1st floor location, provides great sea views. Beautiful marina, sea & landscape views.

Smoking only permitted in balconies. Separate laundry room operated by housekeeper; no charge but must supply own detergent. There are 3 large adjoining balconies, offering extra dining for up to 10 people. The middle balcony also has a twin hammock and sofa seating for 5 people. Spectacular sea and marina views. The island of Martinique can be seen on a clear day.
