Located on the ground floor at Villa Cleopatra, the 1-bedroom apartment is air-conditioned and fully equipped with cable-TV and kitchenette including fridge, cooker, electric-kettle, toaster and blender. There is an adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is a sheltered private patio for outside dining, which overlooks the pool and sea views. A large safety-deposit box is provided free of charge. The apartment benefits from a constant gentle sea breeze.

There is a laundry room at the villa and maid service is inclusive and available daily.

About the property

Cleopatra Villas

Probably the largest villa in central Rodney Bay, and definitely the closest to all amenities. Ideal for wedding or family groups. There are over 30 restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. The beautiful Reduit Beach (voted in the to 10 in the world) is 6 - 10 minutes walk away - could take longer if you get distracted by the many shops and bars along the way. Bay Gardens hotel and the Rodney Bay Aquatic Centre is 2 -3 mins walk away.

The villa is a detached building in a residential part of Rodney Bay, making it very private. The owner does not live on site, but is a short drive away if required. Virtually all amenities you'll require whilst on holiday are within a short walk, making the expense of a hired car and taxis not essential. Even the best medical facilities (GP, dentist, optician, pharmacy) are a short walk away.

Housekeeping is available Mon - Fri at no extra cost. Housekeeping is also available at weekends, upon request. We offer a very caring service and the property is cleaned to a high standard.

Our local supermarkets open 7am - 10:30pm Mon - Sat and closes at 6pm on Sun. To save you rushing to the shops on arrival we offer a Welcome Pack service, which we can personalize to suit your requirements.

We can arrange airport transfer for you, using modern air-conditioned taxi vehicles to suit your group size. Our driver, Tony, will check with the airport in case of delays and will always be there for your arrival. For easy identification, on your exit from Customs, Tony will be carrying a large white signboard displaying the company name "CLEOPATRA VILLAS"

You will be met by a member of staff or the owner/manager on arrival and be provided with useful information on tours, shopping and local facilities. All our properties have excellent free Wi-Fi high speed Internet access. There is a several free Netflix accounts on all TVs in the villa for watching any movie of your choice.

The property has a desktop mobile telephones allowing FREE calls to our front desk. You can also receive calls from any part of the world free of charge. You would need to put credit on the phone to make outgoing calls to external numbers.

Breakfast and dinner meals can be provided to the group upon request, at cost.

Notes

A charge of 35% is levied for cancellation before 2 months of arrival. Cancelled bookings within 2 months of arrival is non-refundable. Optionally cancelled bookings, at any time prior to arrival, may be transferred to a future date of up to 12 months. Rodney Bay

Robert the owner and Lynne the office administrator were very helpful throughout the initial booking. Lynne greeted my wife and I on arrival and we were told that we would be upgraded to the newest property in The Harbour. This was excellent with kitchen/sitting room and wc downstairs and large bedroom with king size bed, bathroom shower and balcony. The whole was air-conditioned . This new complex had 24hr security with electronic gates. Central to all shopping and restaurant requirements. The cleaner came as required.

Ideal for tourism to Castries, Soufiere, Anse da Raye, Marigot Bay,Rodney Bay and Pigeon Island.

We are in central Rodney Bay, 2 mins walk from the shops, within 6 to 10 minutes walk from the Reduit Beach (best beach in St Lucia and voted in the top 10 in the world), 15 minutes drive from George Charles Airport and the Capital Castries. A car or txt is not necessary unless traveling out of Rodney Bay.
