Located on the ground floor at Villa Cleopatra, the 1-bedroom apartment is air-conditioned and fully equipped with cable-TV and kitchenette including fridge, cooker, electric-kettle, toaster and blender. There is an adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is a sheltered private patio for outside dining, which overlooks the pool and sea views. A large safety-deposit box is provided free of charge. The apartment benefits from a constant gentle sea breeze.
There is a laundry room at the villa and maid service is inclusive and available daily.

You will be met by the owner on arrival and be provided with useful information on tours, shopping and local facilities. All our properties have excellent free Wi-Fi high speed Internet access.
The property has 2 desktop mobile telephones allowing FREE calls between apartments and to the property manager. You can also receive calls from any part of the world free of charge on the apartment handset. You would need to put credit on the phone to make outgoing calls to external numbers.
Please note that the manager for this property lives and works within 1 minute drive of the property so any problem encountered is swiftly dealt with, irrespective of time of day or night.
We have recently added an additional 1-bedroom cottage increasing the bed count to 20 people. Groups larger than 20 in number can have the additional members accommodated by placing folding beds or using neighbouring villas a short walk away.
I am St Lucian by birth, but grew up and worked in the UK. In 2007 I decided to return to St Lucia and take up a career in the hospitality industry.

I chose this property because, in my view, it can provide all the basic requirements of a holiday home for most people in terms of location and value for money.
Excellent location, breathtaking sea views, secluded pool, very private, owner does live on site.
A charge of 35% is levied for cancellation before 2 months of arrival. Cancelled bookings within 2 months of arrival is non-refundable. Optionally cancelled bookings, at any time prior to arrival, may be transferred to a future date of up to 12 months. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. All cancellations must be in writing - by email.
Robert was easy to work with and very informative about things to do in area
Robert the owner and Lynne the office administrator were very helpful throughout the initial booking. Lynne greeted my wife and I on arrival and we were told that we would be upgraded to the newest property in The Harbour. This was excellent with kitchen/sitting room and wc downstairs and large bedroom with king size bed, bathroom shower and balcony. The whole was air-conditioned . This new complex had 24hr security with electronic gates. Central to all shopping and restaurant requirements. The cleaner came as required.
Ideal for tourism to Castries, Soufiere, Anse da Raye, Marigot Bay,Rodney Bay and Pigeon Island.

We are in central Rodney Bay, 2 mins walk from the shops, within 10 minutes walk from the Reduit Beach, 15 minutes drive from George Charles Airport and the Capital Castries.
