This newly remodeled two bedroom, two bath, canal-front home features all the amenities needed to make your vacation a memorable one. It is a great rental property in the keys! Bring the family and enjoy!

In Plantation Key Colony, this home is in a safe neighborhood, only a short distance away from shopping centers, movie theater, great restaurants, John Pennekamp Coral Reef Park, Founder's Park, Harry Harris State Park, and the famous Tiki Bar.

By water, the home is situated minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico and about ten minutes away from the Plantation Creek Bridge, which gives you access to the Atlantic Ocean. The home has a 50-foot private dock with an outdoor kitchen where you could clean your catch.

The home is air-conditioned. It is fully tiled and furnished. It has two televisions and one VCR. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools needed to cook up a storm. A porch overlooking the water is the perfect place to end your day. Linens provided.

Renters rave about the cleanliness of the house, close proximity to popular sites and not to mention all of the amenities. Those who have visted the house love it's decor and stlye.

Perfect Location

My fishin buddy and I found this to be the perfect place to stay. Close to great restaurants, grocery and marina. Minutes away from everything we needed. Clean and quiet. We met two neighbors during our stay and both were very friendly toward us "visitors". Trying to put together another trip and this will be our first choice. Hope it's available!

Perfect summer vacation!

My boyfriend, brother and I rented this home in Aug 2014. Since we had never rented in the Keys before, we weren't sure what to expect. To our surprise we were thrilled to find that this was exactly what we were hoping for! The house was cleaner than anything I had ever stayed in. We arrived early and we were able to get right into the house. The location was perfect in Islamorada, only minutes away from Tavernier and Snake creek by boat. We brought our personal boat and had no issues with docking or the canal. We did not use the local boat ramp due to having family in Tavernier with a private ramp. There is a marina close by. At the house, there is a small shed with a freezer perfect for fishing bait and keeping poles and tackle safe. We were only a few minutes from a grocery store and a local restaurant, Dillons irish pub, which is a MUST TRY! Luis and Lissette were always quick to respond to emails or phone calls and they were friendly and accommodating. After a week of lobstering, fishing and sun bathing, we left wanting more and excited for our next visit. We have booked and will be staying again this August.

Fantastic Getaway!

My wife and I stayed for the month of Oct 14, and could not have been happier with the vacation home. From the start, Luis made the arrangements very easy and it only got better upon arrival. The house was very clean and stocked better than we'd ever have imagined. We brought our boat so having access to community ramp only two blocks away was great.

The house is across the street from a little grocery store, but Winn Dixie is only a couple miles down the street. Lots of great places to eat very close, with Craig's being across the street. We ventured to a couple beaches (Anne's and Sombrero) and had a great time; especially the dogs at Anne's.

This will not be the last time we look to stay here.

Islamorada house

We loved the house. Great location. Very clean with all accessories needed. The owners are very nice and always responds to my emails quickly. This is the second time we rented from them and will not be our last. Thank you!

Great house and location for this boating family

My family of four enjoyed a lovely week in this home. It was a perfect fit for us having a boat dock with great access to the ocean through nearby Tavernier Creek. We had use of the community ramp and plenty of room at the home to store our trailer plus our SUV. I LOVED having a fenced in yard for our dog who got to come along.

When we arrived, we found a very clean home, a fully stocked kitchen to fit our needs as I cooked some meals in the house. The bedrooms were stocked with plenty of sheets and towels. One of my teens even used one of the two futons and had plenty of blankets and sheets to make that work too. Two spacious bathrooms worked great for us. The photos haven't been updated but a larger dining room table has been added. Lovely!

As far as the location, we were so pleased to be able to use Tavernier Creek easily to get to the snorkel spots we wanted: Pickles Reef, Molasses Reef, Hens & Chickens Reef, Alligator Reef.

Our favorite restaurants nearby where we are repeat customers were CHADS for easy take out after a boating day and Mile Marker 88 for dining. The market/deli is about 100 yards away for ANY last minute shopping and Winn Dixie is back up the road about 2 miles with CVS and Dunkin Donut too. Just a bit further down the road we got to ROBBIES for casual dinner and Dairy Queen is up the road for a treat.

We used Harry Harris Park ramp to take the boat out as tides were too low for the community ramp but even Harry Harris is very convenient by location.

The neighborhood was very quiet and folks were friendly. We met lots of nice neighbors while walking the dog friendly neighborhood that even has the doggy bags/disposal stations.

Luis was pleasant to deal with, I would recommend this home for so many reason and return in a minute. Thanks for a terrific stay!!!!
