We had a wonderful week at this lovely apartment. It is very very well equipped (the kitchen!), tastefully furnished and clean. We immediately felt at home.

We were cordially received and during our stay we had always somebody to call if we had a problem or question and the owner was very kind and helpful at all times.

In reality the apartment is even more beautiful than on the pictures. It is well located in the old town of Hyères just a few minutes away from everything. So it was even more surprising that the apartment is absolutely quiet (during day and night).

A big plus is of course the very nice terrace. It's large and sunny and surrounded by many beautiful plants (oranges and lemons). Further it is very well protected so you don't feel watched. The pool has just the right size to refresh you from the summer heat. Unfortunately we couldn't benefit from it – no surprise in December. :-) Anyway due to the nice weather we were at least able to eat outside in the sun.

We also loved the jacuzzi tub and the rain shower in the very large master bathroom.

Due to the very limited parking space in the old town we were happy to have our own garage. It was a bit challenging at the beginning with our large car but after a few times we figured it out.

Our favourite beach (Almanarre) is just a 10 minute drive away. Our two dogs enjoyed the beach as much as we did. It was also nice to watch all the wind and kite surfers there.

We will be back this summer that's for sure. We highly recommend this apartment.

Un séjour de rêve

De la déco aux équipements tout dans cette location est parfait et haut de gamme. Je crois n'avoir jamais eu une location aussi bien équipée. Tout était conforme à la description et aux photos du site. Avant mon arrivée j'ai reçu un descriptif supplémentaire avec un plan d'accès très précis. Quant à l'accueil de Marianne il est tout simplement parfait et chaleureux. Merci pour son aide. Bref un séjour de charme dans le vieux Hyères et une expérience à renouveler.

Agréable et reposant

Appartement très spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On pourrait même le qualifier de maison du fait de ces volumes.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa terrasse ainsi que sa petite piscine.

Excellent rapport/qualité prix!!!!

Un superbe endroit pour résider à Hyères

Idéalement situé entre la Collégiale Saint Paul et la Place Macillon, soit au cœur du vieux Hyères, l'un des plus beaux quartiers de la ville, à proximité de tous les commerces (boulangerie, pâtisserie, boucherie, poissonnerie, tabac, presse, librairie, etc.) l'appartement est d'un très grand confort et dégage énormément de charme.



> Les points positifs du séjour sont nombreux :

> - tout d'abord, avant l'arrivée le dossier transmis avec l'ensemble des coordonnées nécessaires et un plan d'accès qui facilite grandement l'accès à l'appartement

> - l'accueil et la disponibilité tout au long du séjour de la personne qui reçoit

> - le garage fermé juste en dessous qui rend aisé le stationnement

> - le volume spacieux des pièces et la décoration très subtile (avec en prime une bibliothèque riche en très beaux livres d'art)

> - la cuisine excessivement bien équipée tant en matériel qu'en vaisselle (sobre et élégante) ainsi qu'en ustensiles

> - la terrasse enfin, très grande et très harmonieuse, plantée d'un olivier, oranger et citronnier, lieu calme et reposant

> - la propreté de l'ensemble des prestations mises à disposition

> - enfin l'absence du bruit des moteurs de voitures (dans le vieux Hyères la circulation n'a rien à voir avec celle des avenues de la ville nouvelle).


> Après un séjour d'un mois et demi, c'est avec regret que je suis reparti, souhaitant qu'un jour je puisse revenir.



> Un lieu hautement recommandable et que je vous recommande fortement. Vous ne pourrez pas être déçus.

Un appartement de charme - Une super semaine

Nous avons passé une super semaine en avril dans cet appartement de charme, spacieux et lumineux, rénové avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé (home cinéma, jacuzzi...). Sa situation en plein coeur du vieux Hyères, dans une ruelle calme, est idéale pour goûter au charme de la vieille ville. La terrasse en teck est très agréable, pour prendre ses repas, profiter du soleil ou se rafraichir dans la piscine. Une location d'exception pour laquelle nous avons eu un vrai coup de coeur, à conseiller sans modération ! A noter : il est vivement conseillé de prendre le box pour la voiture, car il est difficile de se garer dans le vieux Hyères.

Un endroit charmant dans le vieux HYERES. Les conditions d'équipement sont très au dessus de ce que l'on trouve habituellement dans ce genre de location. La terrasse magnifique domine une partie de la ville. Bref, nous avons passé un séjour magique !
