Outside, it boasts a large, south facing, terrace, with both sunny and shady areas. The terrace has a comfortable relaxed sofa seating area, sun loungers and dining table for six. Inside you’ll find the contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar and its top quality appliances. The lounge has very comfortable sofa seating for four, with flat screen TV, WiFi and multi language channels. From here there is a dining area next to the kitchen also seating four. There are two air conditioned bedrooms – one with a super king size bed and one with twin beds. The master bedroom is en-suite and has direct access to the terrace . Within the grounds of the gated and secure urbanization, you’ll find the lovely gardens with paths meandering though and the two swimming pools, which are fenced for security. The apartment is in close proximity to the swimming pools. All in all this is a very welcoming apartment set in a perfect location for your holiday in Estepona on the Costa del Sol.

Close to sea, supermarket, bars and Estepona Port. This very modern apartment is located in the popular Puerto Alto Estepona apartment complex, just 5 minutes' walk to the Marina of Estepona, with its abundance of bars, restaurants cafes and supermarkets. Head to Reinaldo’s bar for its people watching and happy hour! There are two beaches (Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo) within +/- 7 minutes walk. Both have cheringuito beach bars for snacks and drinks during the day and evening. Playa la Rada has soft sand and shallow water, which is ideal for younger children. Located about 12 minutes walk along the sea front, you'll find the old town of Estepona with its quaint cobbled streets and pretty flower lined avenues. Head towards Plaza de las Flores for the centre of the old town and a refreshing ice cream at the Heladeria! Here you’ll also find the main shopping street of La Terraza, with its boutique shops. Also, have a look for Calle Real where you’ll find traditional tapas bars and excellent eateries! Whilst on the Terraza, carry on to see the Orchid glass house. Built in 2014 it is a great place to pass a morning or afternoon. The apartment is located in easy day trips of some of the larger towns of Andalucia: Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Málaga. Don’t forget Gibraltar is only 30 minutes away too! The apartment is less than 4 minutes to a taxi rank and also the local bus stop. The Wednesday market is held about 10 minutes walk from the apartments – ideal for knick-knacks and fresh fruit and vegetables. The Sunday market in the marina is great for souvenirs and gifts to take home for family and friends. 5 minutes walk to Estepona marina, bars and beach.
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
